Spellbound (A Poem Continued)

Yes I'm spellbound
There's no denying that.

By the sounds of my thoughts,
They want one thing
(But my heart beats a different song)

You run through my mind,
Every day,every hour, every second.
You run endless laps
And
Show no signs of ever stopping.
(But I'm out if breath)

We do have a story,
So it seems,
But like my poetry,
It can be interpreted many ways.
I love you,
Do you like me?
I care about you...
I think you care about me.
(But do you mean it, or is it something you think you have to do)

Can I let go now?
Can you like me?
Take me as I am?
Can we have a new chapter in this one shot story,
Or am I thinking too much?

Am I letting go now?
Am I only liking you,
Not loving you?

(But)
Your smile
Your eyes
Your voice,
Make me stuck in the middle of something I can't have,
(But)
I do dare dream.

Is this too much,
Or
Am I too much?

Are you spellbound?
Am I spellbound?
Why am I stuck,
Why do I suck,
Why do you stick?
