Chapter twenty eight

Kalie pov

I allowed Carter's arms around me

For re-assurance...

To tell me that dream was fake

But every time I closed my eyes

The vision of lusty forced sex

And me drowning in my own blood.

Nights and days past

Carter and I living like there was no tomorrow

But tomorrow is what I had feared.

One night I was laying in Carter's arms

Finally I closed my eyes and fell asleep.

Carter pov

"Carter."

I woke up to see Kalie's back turned to me.. She must be Dreaming. I know about her Taylor dreams. Some nights she would live through it others it got to bad that she would stay up, just staring at the ceiling. I looked over at her one last time before hearing my name again

"Carter....." Her facial expressions changed every time she said my name

"Mhmmm carterr!!" She was screaming, twitching on the bed. Shit

"Kalie wake up..."

"Kalie please wake up!" Her eyes shot wide open as she gasped for air.

"It's ok.. Im right here." I reached out for her but she got off the bed.

"Carter... I-m-I'm going to go watch tv..."

"What was the dream about?" She looked at the floor before leaving the room

What the hell?

I walked down stairs only in my boxers.. I see Kalie on the couch hugging her knees. As I get closer I realize she is crying.

" Kalie..."

"Carter I'm i-I am fine just go back to bed."

"Kalie what was he dream about?"

"Please Carter don't.."

I sat down right next to her. I tried to bring her into a hug but, she wined in pain and moved over to the next seat

"I-I am so sorry but... Go back to bed."

"No not till you tell me what it was about."

"Why can't I touch you? Kalie just tell me."

"Uhhhhh ok." She turned to me

"I-I couldn't stop it... I couldn't control the dream.... I don't know you were so just... Violent.. You slapped me.. Kicked me. It was so weird because right before... It was amazing it was like you were wearing a mask through the whole dream... Right before you woke me up... You invite Taylor and some other people over and watched me and Abu-"

"Don't finish that sentence." I would never do that to her... The idea makes me sick.

Kalie pov

"Don't finish that sentence." Carter warned me.. His voice was soft and disgusted

"I'm sorry."

Carter pov

"It's not your fault... It's mine... I hurt you.... It's all my fault I'm sorry... I'm so so sorry..."

I laid my head on her lap

"Carter it's not your fault.... I love you Carter.... You did break the number one rule of a relationship but you made a new one that brought us closer together."

"What if I hurt you... What if you keep having those dreams.... I have to fix this but how???!"

"Carter kiss me."

"What why?" I was so confused, love hate scared back to love

"Well then." She pushed me off

I grabbed her arm pulling her back down into a kiss

"Please lay with me?" I said

"Do we have to go upstairs?"

"Th-that's where it happened."

OMG... How am I going to fix this

"Ok let's lay here."

She whined by my arms wrapping around her

"Don't be scared of me please..."

"I love you Kalie I will never hurt you... Please Kalie relax... Trust me.. I won't hurt you. I love you." With my words she fell asleep. Gosh I would never hurt her... I'm so angry at myself really.... I just love her so much.

(I don't really know how I feel about this chapter..... But I hope you guys liked it! This is totally random but, I don't want to go back to school. I love just writing at 2am on a Wednesday summer morning.. I am going to miss it. :( next update may take awhile sorry)
