Kenzie's pov
After we ate the pizza we decided to go to the beach
Me and johnny were swimming next to eachother "i am gonna put my earrings in my purse i forgot to take them off" i said scared of losing my earrings in the sea i mean i love them to death "okay i'll be here" john replied
I started swiming back to the shore when i reached the spot we putted our things at i took my earrings off and i was about to put them in purse
I felt a hand on my arm i turned around it was mark "ugh god what do you want" i said getting annoyed last time he wasn't so friendly
"I just want to talk" he said
"Mark we talked there's nothing more to talk about" i said yelling in a whisper i didn't want to cause a scene
"Please" he begged
"Fine what do you want to talk about" i gave in
Lets talk somewhere with more privacy i agreed cause i didn't want to talk to him in front of the whole beach
We walked a little till we were outside some old store
"you sure you want us to be just friends" he broke the silence
"I am sorry but we've been friends since we were kids yes we dated for three years but things change mark you have to accept it" i replied calmly
"What do you even see in that loser" he said rolling his eyes
"Don't call him that and he's more talnted than you'll ever be just because he doesn't talk alot or likes to spend some time alone means he's a loser beacuse he's not" i defended him
"You call that a talent he doesn't even know how to sing " he said
"You're just jealous please leave me alone" i said walking away
But he grabbed my shoulder and pinned to one of the shops wall i don't even know how he did it that fast
"Let go" i said trying to push him off
But he did the most unexpected thing he kissed me
"what the fuck let me go" i said but he didn't listen he just kept sucking on my neck I was trying to free myself but he was much stronger
I couldn't believe i am going through a sexual assault i kept on telling him to stop but he wouldn't i was in th verge of tears
I never thought mark would do this to me suddenly someone pulled me behind them it was john
"No not you again you're not gonna steal her away from me again NO" mark was yelling then punched john he tried to punch him back but mark was stronger
"Please stop" i yelled crying but he continued to punch him like crazy i was so scared it's like jealousy made him this way
John was holding his ribs in pain but that didn't stop mark "enough" i shouted as john fell uncousious
mark pushed me out of his way and ran i fell down on my side and it hurt like hell but i had to get up for john
When i reached him he was barley breathing i quickly putted his arm on my shoulder and tried to get up but failed miserably
I putted my arms under his shoulder he was so heavy but it worked
I kept walking slowly till i reached our spot "HELP" i shouted trying to gain my friends attention
they came runnig to me hayden and carson took john and me and the girls were running to get to the cars
Hayden putted john in the backseat i sat on the passenger and he was driving
Annie brynn and carson were in the other car
《After a while》
"Kenzie calm down" carson said
"No he saved me if something happens to him i am not gonna forgive myself" i said
i was sitting on the hospital ground crying my heart out they've been in the operation room for two hours
(A/n my math teacher keeps looking at me and i just keep on writing😂)
My friends were all sitiing on the chairs except lauren she was next me comforting me i know she was sad too i mean it's her brother after a while a doctor came out
We all stand up " he's fine but he has a broken arm and 2 broken ribs beside the scratches " the doctor explained
"Can we see him" lauren asked
"Yes but only one will go and don't make him talk to much" the doctor replied
"Kenzie go" lauren said "okay thanks" i said she let me go first and i know she wants to see him too
I rushed in the room he was laying there his face so pale with a black eye
And cuted lip and cast on arm
"Hey" i said quitely
"Hi" he replied his voice barley heard
"You don't have to talk i am glad you're okay" i said
He just smiled "also thanks for saving me" i said as i removed the few hair on his forehead and kissed it
"Anything for you" he said quitley i entwined my hand with his after a while lauren came in and i left so they could talk
When he fell asleep they all went in the room to see him and then went home but i stayed with him
I fell asleep in the most uncomfortable way but it was okay because i was next to him
