GUIDELINES

(FOR COMMERCIAL COMMISSIONS PM ME FOR PRICING!)

BATCH SYSTEM

This shop operates on a batch system. I will open for a period of time with a limited amount of spots available. Once the spots fill up I will make all the graphics and deliver them together. I will choose based on my inspiration. If I ask you questions about your request, it doesn't mean I will make it. This process will significantly lower my stress level, so please do not complain or nag me if I don't make your graphic.

Please fill out the forms provided in the designated categories (ie. Covers, Manips, etc.) When the shop has an open Batch.

RULES

Do not PM or message me for Graphics!

Don't steal my designs!

I will not do Graphics for: celeb fics, werewolf alpha fics, anything with bad boy in the title or CEO, teacher x student tropes or anything of the like, (if you have a question about this feel free to ask)

Books must be already published or published within 3 days of receiving graphics

Graphics must be used for at least two weeks

Claim your request within three days (meaning just comment to lmk you received it and will use it)

If you don't follow these rules or complete payment you will be unable to request again.

This book added to a reading list

Credit in your book (description and first chapter/intro)

I may ask for more depending on the workload of what you request or if you're a repeat customer

Payment is only required if I actually make your graphic. It must be completed before I will post it on my Deviantart for download. (This doesn't apply to friends/repeat customers)

SHOP HOPPING GUIDELINES

If I do not accept your request in a batch then you are free to go to another shop. I understand that some graphics are needed on a deadline.
However please don't go leave a bunch of requests to different shops at once before knowing if you've been accepted at mine!

VIPs will automatically be accepted. VIPs are friends and people I admire.

BANNED FACECLAIMS

Amber Heard, Elisabeth Olsen, Chris Pratt, Ezra Miller, Armie Hammer, Leah Michelle, Sydney Sweeney, Freida Pinto, Wilmer Valderrama, Jared Leto, Jonathan Majors, Gal Gadot, Noah Schnapp, Gregg Sulkin, pretty much any YouTuber/tiktoker\influencer. People who are exclusively singers I will likely deny for source material issues. (I have others that I have an aversion to but may still accept) if you have questions about why someone is banned feel free to ask.

ADDITIONAL INFO

If I make your graphic it will be posted for download on my Deviantart or YouTube both @vrpond

For series I will make multiple but only once the books are published
