8. When can I spear you again?

(Y/N) POV

Blackness was all I could see...
for a while I thought that this was it...
That I'd die alone...
In a hell forest!
Surrounded by the most ugliest things in the universe! (Its the Fallen BTW)
But then...
I could feel the light running through my veins, it's power making me feel uplifted and confident!
I opened my eyes and my ghost hovered beside me, taking in all the light! I balled my hands into fists and gave a laugh of excitement!! My light was back! And so was I! I smiled from ear to ear and I could tell my Ghost was just as pleased with a small glow and pride in his voice he said,
"Eyes up Guardian!"
I smiled pulling my ghost in for a hug/cuddle, and the warmth filled me! No it fueled me! It made me want to strive for greatness and never give up and-
Oh sh-
Fallen started pouring out holes in the walls and spaces between the trees and rocks! I reached for my gun, and my ghost went inside me. I could hear his voice ringing in my ears!
" (Y/N) listen closely, see those pillars of light?"
He asked, I looked around and saw what appeared to be a beam of light shinning super bright! I nodded my head as I stabbed a Dreg in his head!
"Good now run into it! It should power up ur light to full maximum and let u weld ur light weapon!"
My ghost told me! (Man... I should really come up with a name for the ghost! Leave suggestions plz!)
I sprinted for the pillar, shoving fallen to the ground as I went!
Almost there!
Finally I jumped in the beam! The light swished around me, I felt powerful! Unstoppable!
I reached up my hand and plucked a blue glowing spear from the air!
(Just go with it...)
My fingers curled around it feeling the smooth edges of the weapon! I smiled beneath my mask, my eyes gleaming with life! This spear was light and small perfect for fast combat!
The dregs had no idea what they were in for!

Caydes POV
I looked everywhere for (Y/N)! I looked at the cliff, her house, the plaza! I even went to the coffee shop!
Finally I sat down for lunch at the Ramen shop playing with the noodles, then someone called my name,
"Cayde! There u are!"
It was Ikora, she gave me a small smile as I waved her over. She sat down across from me, she ordered herself a coffee, straight black coffee.
Hummph each to their on!
" I know ur looking for (Y/N) But she's currently dealing with her light situation... so she'll be gone for a wh-"
Just then (Y/N) walked in! Not even noticing us and sat down at the make-shift bar, her head hit the counter and she ordered a big floaty drink.. I looked at Ikora with a cocky smile!
"Welp! Look who's home!"
Ikora shock her head vigorously but I ignored it! I got up and went over to (Y/N)...
She did not look happy...
I put my hand on her shoulder, she spun around her eyes wild,
" Hey (Y/N) how-"
I started but she stopped me by shoving her fist into my chin, I fell over my elbows catching my fall she quickly put her heel to my throat, I stared at her wide eyed! Un-flinching... she stood above me, the room had gone quiet... no one moved! (Y/N) icy cold stare still pierced my brain.
It was cold and fierce and...and...
Dark...
Finally catching myself, I tried to get out of (Y/N) vicious heel lock! I moved my body a little trying to get out! With that (Y/N) pulled out her knife! Plunging it right at me!
OH GOSH!
" Ok (Y/N) I THINK I GET THE POINT!"
(Quite literally!)

BTW Soz this chapters kinda short! I've got a LOT of homework but I really wanted to get this out!
