Camp Camp Preferences {on hiatus}

spirit week

if you don't know what spirit week is: it's basically just the week before/during a highschool's big homecoming games where everyone wears costumes, decorates the school, there's a huge pep rally, and there's a hoco dance at the end. it hypes everyone up and it's one of my favorite things to look forward to:)

all characters are highschool age
basically this is "do they dress up/do they help decorate"

Max:
- won't do much unless you force him too
- you'd have to help him pick an outfit though
Decorating
- eh. no, not really
- he just stays by your side and watches
- complains that he's bored but is actually somewhat interested in the final results

(pt.1) Nikki:
- matching gay ICONS oml
- y'all would have the best couple ideas ngl
Decorating
- yes
- she'd probably get a bit too excited over the streamers and somehow get tangled up

(pt.2) Nikki:
- opposite of max
- she has to make sure YOU have a costume
Decorating
- she probably gets the most done from how sPeEdY she is
- santa's #1 helper!1!1!🤪🤪

Neil:
- no
- "Y/N you keep that face paint away from me or I will scream for help."
-  you, Max, and Nikki always manage to sneak a "festive" hair clip into his hair or some sorts of colorful stickers onto his shirt
Decorating
- DID SOMEONE SAY GORDAN RAMSEY: HIGHSCHOOL VER.
- preston's 2nd in command
- betcha didn't expect that did ya?
- neither did he tbh (he stopped by for a second and next thing you know, he's making sure everything looks perfect)

David:
- brings a lot of extra little things just in case someone didn't have anything at home
- compliments everyone else's costumes but gets sorta bashful when others praise his own
Decorating
- helps but is mostly just making sure everyone is okay
- he and Jasper work together
- #momsquad

(pt.1) Gwen:
- matches with you EVERY day
- tries to get David, Jasper and their bfs/gfs to join you guys too
Decorating
- nah
- she prefers to watch/stand by you
- will occasionally help with balloons but that's it really

(pt.2) Gwen:
- she'll do a bit of face paint and some accessories, but won't come to classes looking insane
- actually she will but she tries to contain herself
Decorating
- SHES HERE FOR A FUN TIME (not sexually)
- brings a huge-ass speaker to blast music from while everyone's working
- part of the group that runs around the halls pushing/being pushed on the box-cart and screaming

Jasper:
-  thecutestohmygod
- has face paint on and helps others with it too
- probably does the silly hairstyles
Decorating
- helps others around the place
- keeps check on the supplies
- basically the momager

Harrison:
- doesn't really dress up
- you usually have something extra he can throw on like a hat, flag/scarf/bandana, beaded necklace, etc
Decorating
- he'd pop in and set up a few things, but mostly he's just there to talk to you
- somehow turns into the errand boy and has to keep running out for food and/or drinks for everybody

Nerris:
- she will, but she won't go "all out" yanno
- shows spirit but is mostly excited for the events
Decorating
- loves decorating
- helps with most of the "hand made" stuff and painting (with our boy Dolph)

Preston:
- goes all our every year
- probably makes his own costumes
Decorating
- legit the leader of hoco committee/class president
- "I WANNA SEE THOSE STREAMERS UP PEOPLE LETS GET MOVING"
- oKay wait is he the mascot, head cheerleader, class president, or just a student
- ?? no one knows ??

everyone is doing much better now, thank you all again for your support and understanding !! (we held proper services and i can now fully believe that he is at peace.)

anyways, here's a little school spirit chapter in lieu of the end of my schools spirit week. kinda sad ngl but that just means the dance/game/after parties are later today so woop woop
