Chapter 10

Katie's p.o.v

After we got scarlet done it was time to go I grabbed the snowflake pen I got in the mail from I don't know who gave it to me. Scarlet got into my car and we left my house we got to the dance and scarlet got out and she walked over to the guy who was taking tickets and gave hers to him crap were is jack he has my ticket I forgot to get from him so I went up to the guy to find out it was one of jacks friends hunter I think his name is he told me jack is already in there and he gave him my ticket when he got here I said ok and walked in. Jack saw me and smiled he came over to me and told me I look beautiful I told him thank sorry I'm late we had company she needed help but I'm here now me and jack danced twice and Lyndsey I haven't seen her since my house and scarlet is sitting down Tyler is here he has asked me,to dance about twice and I said yes both times than me and jack sat down and talked about random things like what kind of things we like than I felt something like somebody stabbing be in the back I told jack I will be right back I went to the bathroom and I was on the verge of crying when it stopped my back still hurt but not as much I came out checked the time it was midnight I got over to the table were me and jack was sitting but he wasn't there. I looked around for him and I seen with a guy I have never seen before I could go over there Tyler grabbed my arm tingles went up my arm and something inside me went mine, wierd. I went over there and jack looked at me his eyes were blood red and they didn't look like his hunter green eyes were gone I screamed and something hit me and everything went black.

Scarlett's p.o.v

I heard a scream so I turned around to see Katie fall on the floor and not get up then I saw someone I think his name is Tyler go over to her and try to shake her awake it didn't work that's when I decided to help. I went over to her and asked Tyler what happened he said I don't know I came over here and she was on the ground and jack ran into the forest. He asked me if I knew Lyndsey and I told him yes and he took out Katie's phone from her pocket and told me to call her to come her. I called Lyndsey and I told her were we are and she said she would be here in a second.

Lyndsey's p.o.v

I got a call from Scarlett and she said Katie was hurt I told her I would be there in a second I called Connor and he said jack hit her in the back of the head. I'm going to kill some hybrid ass when I get a hold of it he better watch out. You will not bother that boy he could taer you up and I can't lose you. Ok I know Connor I won't bother him I promise I got to were Katie was and Tyler was holding her up and I swear I saw a tear run down his face and Scarlett was paceing on the phone I'm guessing with the 911 operator ten minutes after I got there the ambulance got there and took Katie to the hospital I got in my car and asked Scarlett if she wanted a ride she got into my car and I put in my Scarlett starlets in my CD player Scarlett looked like she wanted to sing I asked her and she said yes I love the Scarlett starlets she sang and her voice was amazing we got to the hospital and they said I can't see her until her mom gets here I almost punched the girl at the desk because she is like my sister but Tyler held me back so I didn't her mom didn't come but her sister came and put me Tyler and Scarlett on the list but she also put jack on the list than Sadie came and told us that she was in a coma and they didn't know how long it will last I Tyler was mumbling to himself. He told me he had to leave because he had stuff to do at home I said ok.

Tyler's p.o.v

It's my fault she's in a coma I should have never let her go over by him but she did now she's in a coma. That boy better watch out he's dead meat when I see him. I have to check on trinity and Trent I will go pick them up and bring them to the hospital with me. I picked them up and we headed off to the hospital we got there and I was the only there so I left the kids at the hospital daycare. I went into Katie's room and was telling her how sorry I was for not protecting her I also promised her that I would come back every day.

Katie's p.o.v I heard people talking they were all familiar voices but I couldn't see them I couldn't move so I just laid there.
