"Craig Williams my best friend since like birth.... What are you doing on the Ace's square?!" I looked him in the eyes. Every time I tell this story it always feels like everything was in slow motion....he dropped the ball and turned to look at me "y/n?" He had tears in the corners of his eyes "the one and only "craiggy boi" he dropped the ball and ran up and hugged me despite the whole playground being there to watch us but I didn't care all I needed was my best friend. "I missed you I didn't know that you would come back" he had tears streaming down his face as I held him in my arms "aww Craig don't cry I missed you too but, why are your clothes ripped and what's with your hair?" He pulled back and answered your questions with a smile. "Well I'm happy your back ...wanna ditch this place and go get pizza?" I looked at him as he smiled widely "I'd love too" from there we walked off to our childhood pizza place

We sat in our childhood seats man how he's grown we haven't seen each other since we were like five...I looked up and found a blushing Craig staring at me " Hey y/n r-Remember that promise we made when we were five they day before you left?" I looked at him and blushed that promise meant the world to me....

Flashback
" y/n look!" I looked over at Craig and ran over to him sitting on the hill watching the fireworks on fourth of July " promis3 me that when we get older were gonna get married and date each other!" He turned to me and held out his pinkie finger with his adorable smile " I promise!" He intwined our pinkies and smiled at each other not knowing it would be the last time would see each other....

~FLASHBACK OVER~

"Y-yes" I blushed and looked him in the eyes "w-well I wanna make that p-promise a reality b-but we hav3 to date first so....y/n ..will you be my g-girlfriend?" I smiled and looked him in the eyes his eyes dancing with anticipation waiting for my answer...

"Nothing would make me happier"
