Chapter 18

*three days until Christmas*
Sophie's POV:
I woke up by my phone buzzed. It was a message from my mom.

*text messages*
Mom: good monirn darling. Do you have any plans this Christmas?
Sophie: good morning mom. I was thinking being with you and my friends. I am going to stay some days at your house or you can come here
Mom: that sounds great. Your dad and I are looking forward to see you
Sophie: see you soon, bye
Mom: bye darling

I went down to make breakfast but the food was at the table and the girls was sitting there and waiting for me. I heard they talk but it was a boys voice there too. I walked to the kitchen.
Sophie: Brad!
Brad: hey princess
I ran towards him and kissed him. I sat down and ate breakfast with my best friends and my boyfriend.
Brad: what are you doing this Christmas?
Sophie: I am going home to my parents or they are coming here. What about you?
Brad: oh. I was woundering if we could celebrate Christmas together with the boys and Lydia and Allison
Sophie: that would be fun but I can't. Do you want to join me and my parents? You can get to know my family
Brad: yeah sure. Can't wait to meet them
Sophie. I can't wait till you meet them. They are lovely I promise you
Allison: I've invited Dylan over so I can break up with him
Lydia: I am going to James tomorrow, I think
Brad: you guys are connected
Lydia: well yeah. He is the cutes boy I've ever met
Brad: what about me?
Sophie: you are mine
Brad: I know princess *he smirk*
Lydia: I love you too but I am with James *she laugh*
Sophie: do you want us to leave when Dylan comes over?
Allison: no, I am scared of what he can do
Brad: we are here. We will be upstairs or in the living room
Allison: thanks Brad
Brad: you're welcome

Allison's POV:
Lydia, Sophie and Brad went upstairs and I heard a knock on the door. I opened the door and outside was Dylan a bit confused.
Dylan: hey babe
Allison: hey Dylan
Dylan: so what do you want to talk about?
Allison: come in. We can talk in the living room
We sat on the couch. I breathed before I started to explain.
Allison: I love you and all but I think we need some time apart
Dylan: what do you mean? *he say harshly*
Allison: Dylan please calm down. I just need some time with my friends and family
Dylan: what have you heard?
Allison: I am just going to say this...
Dylan got more and more tense and I got a little scared.

Lydia's POV:
Brad, Sophie and I sat in the hallway so we could listen to their conversation. It was quiet for a while but then suddenly we heard Allison screaming. We ran downstairs to the living room and saw Dylan hit Allison.
Lydia: DYLAN!
Dylan turned around and was about to hit me when Brad hit him in his stomach. Sophie and I ran to Allison and helped her up. She had bruises on her arm and we saw he tried to abuse her.

Dylan's POV:
I laid down on the floor after being hit in my stomach. I stand up and started to hit the boy. I hit him in his stomach and kicked him in his foot and arm. He stand up and hits me in the face and I kicked him in his leg so he felt down on the floor and couldn't move.

Sophie's POV:
Dylan kicked Brad so he couldn't move so I started to yell at him.
Sophie: HEY DYLAN! *I yell*
Dylan turned around to face me. I was angry and wanted to slap him in his face and kick him so he would start to bleed.
Dylan: what are you going to do?
I slapped him in his face and started to kick him. He fell onto the floor and I kicked him in his face so he started to bleed.
Sophie: DON' T DARE TOUCHING MY BEST FRIENDS OR MY BOYFRIEND! *I yell*
Lydia took care of Allison on the couch while I tried to wake Brad up.
Sophie: BRAD! BRAD! Please wake up *I say*
I started to cry. Minutes later the police and the ambulance came.
Policeman: what happened here?
The policemen held Dylan.
Lydia: this boy kicked and hit Allison and Brad. We tried to stop him so we slapped him in his face
They took Dylan away and the ambulance took Brad.
Paramedic: we can take one with us
Sophie: I will go with you
I sat down in the ambulance beside Brad and I held his hand.
Lydia: we will drive after you
I nodded and we drove away to the hospital.

*At the hospital*
I sat at the waiting room and waited for answer. Minutes later Lydia and Allison came.
Sophie: are you okay?
Allison: I am fine. What about Brad?
Sophie: I don't know
I started to cry and Lydia and Allison sat down beside me to comfort me.
Lydia: don't cry
Allison: he will be okay
Sophie: what if he never wakes up?
I had tears in my eyes and I couldn't stop the tears from coming.
Doctor: are you family or friends of Bradley Simpson?
Sophie: yes, we are his friends
Doctor: he is stable so you can meet him
Sophie: is he awake?
Doctor: yes
I walked to his room and saw a tired Brad. I ran to him and kissed him.
Sophie: are you okay?
He saw the tears in my eyes and made space for me so I could sit in the bed beside him. I did and he wrapped his arm around me to comfort me.
Brad: don't cry princess. I am fine, just tired and my foot hurts a little
Sophie: i am lucky to have you in my life. I love you Bradley Will Simpson
Brad: and I am happy you came in my life. I love you Sophie Watson
I fell asleep in his arm and the doctor came in to tell me I can meet him tomorrow but she didn't want to wake me up so she let me sleep here.

Brad's POV:
Sophie fell asleep in my arm so she was going to sleep here with me. Lydia and Allison came in to say goodbye. After they left, I fell asleep. I rested my head on Sophies.
