Enemies

Chapter 2

Hailey's POV

Urg my head was hurting so bad and I couldn't find Emma anywhere so left. While I walked home it started raining and I was soaking wet but i didn't care because i was so tired.
Suddenly a black car drove up to me. I soon recognized it was Dylan's car "get in." He said and i just stood there and didn't know what to say. "I'd rather walk in the rain then drive with you." I said and started walking faster but I didn't help. "Come on, I owe you for what happened tonight." He said en smiled, he was so beautiful when he smiled I don't know why he doesn't do it more often. "It doesn't matter." I just wanted to go home and sleep why can't he just leave me alone. "Fine see you." He said and smirked. The car door closed and he drove away . It was pitch black without the light from the car. A little later I got home and I went to bed right away.

Next morning I was so tired and I just wanted to lie in bed but I couldn't because I had to babysit my little brother, Noah. Why did my mom also attend in those stupid meetings?
I got up and went straight to my bathroom. I took a hot and long bath. After the bath I went downstairs.
"I'm leaving now I'll be home in 3 hours." she said before rushing out of the door. I nodded even though she was already gone. The 3 hours went pretty fast. Noah was an easy kid he likes playing by himself.

It was Monday morning and I was standing against my locker next to Emma she was telling me about the party but I didn't really listen all I could concentrate on was Dylan and why he offered a ride home when he knew I don't like at all. It really confused me. "Are you even listening to what I'm saying?." She said and waved to get my attention. "Yeah you were talking about the party." I lied and looked up at her. "What were you looking at?" She asked and looked around. Before I could say something the bell rang. "See you at lunch." I said and smiled and quickly walked away.
I hated history it was so boring and I was pretty sure the Mr. Anderson our teacher didn't like me.
"Okay listen up everybody you have to make a presentation about 2nd world war in pairs of 2." He started pairing people together. "Who have we left?" He asked and I raised my hand. "Okay Maddie and Sophia, and Dylan ind Hailey." He said and I looked around and Dylan smiled at me. What is life of course I had to be with him. The bell rang and people started walking out. I took my book and hurried out so I didn't had to talk to him. I would rather do it all by myself. I suddenly felt someone right behind me. I turned around and it was Dylan. "Be at my place at 8. PM." He said and walked over to his friends.
