58. ZANDER/THOMAS

We didn't even have to ask Thomas to do anything he went straight to the police with a lawyer and struck a deal for his involvement in harassing me.  He ended up getting community service, and he was placed under house arrest.  He could only leave to go to work and to complete his hours.  Part of what woke Thomas up was his wife saying that even though Zander is a genius that didn't necessarily always make him right and by his recent actions proves that he still holds a grudge against anyone that gets in his way of their parent's approval.  Another part of his sentencing was that he could not have contact with Zander or Charles without a court-appointed liaison.  The big rub in all of this was that Thomas didn't live in Los Angeles hell he didn't even live in California he had taken some time off of work to come here to help Zander with his plan of supposedly rescuing me for their brother.  Once we found this out, Noah decided to aks his mom help Thomas get his time transferred back to Austin, Texas where Thomas lived.  As for Zander well not even Charles could find him.

I hated it having to go everywhere with Blake although it did help out a lot because it seemed everyone would get out of his way when they saw him, so I didn't get pushed around and jostled when I wasn't with Noah.  Paul called me asking if I could come in because he wanted to show me what else he found and whether or not it was good enough to be used on the case or if he was grasping at straws.  I had just finished congratulating him on finding the final piece in the puzzle.  I looked at him and said "Now present it to Mathew since he is lead on this and see how he wants to handle this whether he wants to negotiate a plea deal or take it straight to court.  You can tell Mathew I recommend a plea deal it will be better for all parties especially our clients seeing that they want the matter resolved as soon as possible."  "Got it, boss."  "Paul please stop calling me that.  Just say will do or yes, Mrs. Flynn or even Yes Ms. Rochelle."  "Ok Mrs. Flynn nope feels like I am talking to the original Mrs. Flynn Yes Ms. Rochelle ok that is better."  I watch him take off, and I hear Blake "Man he seems eager is that the one Noah warned me about."  "Nope, and yes he is eager, but I don't blame him.  Technically he is still in high school taking college classes, and he is doing this for practicum hours."  "Ah, so that is why Mr. Flynn is lead."  "Yep, technically Paul can't present a case that is also why I have to check all his research."  I pulled out a new picture of the four of us it has Noah and Lee standing behind Rachel and myself with their hands holding our bellies.  Granted Rachel's is a little bigger than mine, but I don't care it is just funny that we are both pregnant with twins.  All of a sudden I hear from right behind me "Ahh, so cute didn't realize you were pregnant."  I turn around and look at him "Yep, with twins now take a step back."  "Ah, why you smell good."  From the corner of the room, we hear "Because if you  don't, I will pick you up and carry you to Mrs.  June Flynn and hand you over telling her you were invading Mrs. Noah Flynn's personal space."  He took one look at Blake and took off running.  The two of us looked at each other and started cracking up.  About that time Mathew walks in "What on earth happened here I asked Javier to give you this file to work on from home, and he came running up to me tossed it on my desk saying nope not happening I quit."  Of course, Blake tells him everything and Mathew starts laughing "Oh, I am so going to have to watch the video on this one."  

I had just made it to the car and was about to climb into the passenger seat when someone came up from behind me and grabbed me.  "Great, now I don't have to worry about trying to get you alone so I can deliver you to my parents and Charles.  Maybe now they will forgive me and let me back into the family."  I knew I had to stall I saw Blake out of the corner of my eye trying to get close to us without him seeing since he had a knife to my belly.  "Zander they obviously thought you were still family if they set up a trust for you."  "Yeah, well I need to hear them say I am their son even though I like men.  I need to hear Charles say he accepts me as a brother.  You don't know what it is like not to be loved by your family."  "Your right but think about how my babies will feel without a mother please let me go."  "No, guess what I am keeping the babies that way if one decides he or she is gay that jock of a husband of yours won't hurt them as my father did to me."  "Noah, would never do that."  He didn't notice Blake until it was too late.  Blake had grabbed his wrist that held the knife and twisted it behind his back so hard it caused him to drop the knife and let me go.  I already knew the drill, so I ran back into the office screaming for the Flynns to call 911.  I had made it into the main reception area when I started to feel light headed, and as my legs gave out, Mathew caught me.  "Please don't pass out sweetheart.  Stay with us, please.  That's my girl take nice deep breaths come on focus on my voice.  That is is sweety we all love you, please calm down everything is under control.  Nice deep breaths sweetheart do this for Noah he can't live without you.  You know you are his world, there you go another deep breath think of Bradley he can't lose you too he is still dealing with losing Mary and Max forget it he will be lost if he lost you too.  That's my girl.  Someone get us some water, please.  What about your twin my sweet crazy Lee you know he will have a hard time losing you.  Plus think of the babies we need to keep them nice and healthy so the Evans/Flynn family can love them and spoil them to death."  By the time my breathing was under control Noah was in the office and he scooped me up in his arms and said: "Don't ever scare me like that again you hear me I can't say this enough I can't lose you Shelly Baby and I can't lose our twins."  "I know I only ran because that is what Blake told me to do during the briefing on what I needed to do if Zander showed up."  Blake walks in "When your ready Mrs. Flynn the police want a word with you also they have him in custody.  We are very lucky there were lots of witnesses outside that saw everything."  Mathew stood up "We also have video and audio severance in the parking lot.  When this all started up, I upgraded everything here and at the house well, all the houses."  I had just sat down when an officer came up to me and started asking me questions I sat there in Noah's lap next to Mathew since he was acting like my lawyer and Noah refused to let me go.
