i see invisible lines in the night
joining the stars into a story
of ancient mysteries and glories.
i see visible lines on my palm
as they talk of fate and life
is out of our hands.
i see invisible lines as they surround
me into a cage
bound for a defined role.
i see visible lines of sun rays
as they reach from behind the clouds
to shine my way.
i see invisible lines in my mind
waiting to come out
to say and break free.
i see visible lines on the road
taking me to different destinations
just a little courage to explore.
i see invisible lines of happiness
that radiate from my soul
as i try to embrace myself whole.
i see visible lines in the sky
of flock of birds
as they fly.
