One week later

Laila's POV

I held Kaizen in my arms trying to put him to sleep well Kaycen was already asleep. Lyla was just watching TV. I've been home with the kids all week it's complicated because Kaleb is barely home and they cry a lot and I always gotta call Zara for help.

"Kaleb can you pass me my pumping machine?" I asked a she walked out the kitchen

He looked down at it and picked it up. He then tossed it on the couch. I sighed and reached for it.

"Dada upy!" Lyla said excitedly as she reached up for Kaleb

He picked her up and threw her in the air. She smiled and laughed. He then sat down and she sat next to him.

"Pass my son" he said to me as I held him well trying to pump

"I was gonna feed him" I mumbled

"I said pass my son" he replied with a deeper voice

I sighed and handed him Kaizen. He talked to him causing him to smile. Even though he couldn't see anything but shadows they were both happy baby's when they were around Kaleb.

Well I was pumping I was on my phone.

"Pass that shit ain't you pumping?" Kaleb asked me as he stared at me

"Yeah" I replied quietly

"So what the fuck you on the phone for?" He asked me as he stood up

I swallowed my spit. "Sorry" I mumbled as I handed him my phone

He snatched it from my hand and sat back down. He then went on it looking threw it. I pumped the milk from my breast well looking down.

"Hurry up yo he's getting fussy!" Kaleb snapped as he looked at me

"I'm no where near done I just started" I said as I looked up

"Well he's hungry. Stop pumping and feed him yo can pump after" he said as he stood up in front of me

"I can't it hurts to much when I breast feed him" I mumbled

"Man shut up and feed him bro" he said as he snatched the pump from out my hand

I nodded and took Kaizen well my eyes watered up. I quickly wiped a tear before he seen. I put my nipple in Kaizen's mouth the pain was unbelievable.

"What you cryin' for?" Kaleb asked me as he stood in front of me

"I'm fine it just hurts a bit" I mumbled as I wiped my tears with a slight smile

He stared at me as he sat down.

"If it hurts you that bad you can stop" he said as he leaned back

"I'm fine" I mumbled

I didn't wanna upset Kaleb right now. We were kinda on good terms and I didn't wanna mess it up. Once he was a sleep I laid him next to Kaycen in the playpen. I made my way to the kitchen and begun washing the dishes.

"Yo cheek still hurting?" Kaleb asked me as he walked in the kitchen and leaned on the counter next to me

"No it's getting better" I said with a slight smile

We were arguing two days ago as it kind of got physical. He didn't hit me but he pushed me and I hit my face of the wall. My cheek was swollen and I had a big bruise under my eye. It hurts a bit and the bruise is still there of course but I guess it's getting better.

"I ain't mean to push you that hard" Kaleb said as he turned off the tap water and stood in front of me

"I know" I mumbled as he held my waist

"I'm sorry" he said as he moved his hands down from my waist to my ass

I nodded I was getting goosebumps.

"Gimme a kiss" he said as he looked at me

I pecked his lips and he kissed me back.

Kaleb's POV

"What happened to her face?" Zach asked as Laila walked into the kitchen after hugging him

"Nothing she good" I mumbled

"Fam you hit her?" He asked me

"Nah ion hit females" I replied as I took a sip of my Hennessy

"So what happened to her face bro. If your moms seen that she would beat your ass" he said as he shook his head

"We were arguing I pushed her she hit her face off the wall" I said as I shrugged

"Fam you don't feel bad look a her face she looks like shit if you ask me. Was she crying?" He asked me as he rolled up his spliff

"Yeah of course she was" I replied

"It don't hurt you to see her cry?" Zach asked as he looked at me

I shrugged.

"I feel like shit when I see Shannon cry. Especially when I know I did some bullshit" he responded as he stood up

I just ignored him and followed him to the backyard.
