Extra Info Backstory Val moved to the USA from Columbia when she was about 6. They moved to Riverdale because her parents were running from the law. Her parents became legal citizens, and her father joined the American marines. He went Missing In Action when she was 12. A few weeks after, her mother mysteriously died, and the case of her death went cold. Nobody seems to know what happened to her. The Jones took her in after, and cared for her. After Jughead ran away, she decided to keep the trailer nice for them. She also does many odd jobs for the Serpents and often dances for money without Jughead's knowing, since he would lose his mind if he knew.
