Keiths p.o.v

I run from the hanger caught up in my own thought. We just almost lost to a Galra battle cruiser. Its all on me. Its my fault. I cant lead this team like Shiro can.
I notice tears are now running down my cheeks.
I've got to see lance!
I run to his room avoiding all the questions from the others. I reach his door and knock. He opens the door and he doesn't have a shirt on. I blush a little bit.
"Whatcha need mullet?"
I look down.
"Hey are you... Crying?"
"Y-yeah" i sniff and glance up expecting him to laugh at me. Instead i see his face set in a grim expression of worry. I sob a bit more and my knees give out.
He catches me.
"Hey hey there there its okay keith. Its okay." he picks me up and carry me into his room. I put my face into his shoulder and let the tears fall.
He sets me down on his bed and sits next to me and rubs circles on my back.
"What's wrong?" he asked me. I take a deep breath and starts my rant
"Well i know im not fit to be leader im tired of it. Tired of making decisions and.... Why wont the universe let me rest from it. Why am i always running from everything. Why does nothing ever work out?"
I heave a sob and say one last thing. "Why do you love Allura instead of me?" 
As soon as the words leave my mouth i gasp. I look at lance and i get up and run out of the room.
"Wait! Keith! Come back!" lance yells after me. I run into my room and lock my door and cry more.
He probably hates me now. He probably thinks im gross. I lay down on my bed and cry. I hear a knock at my door.
"Hey keith!" Its lance.
"Open up" he continues to knock.
"Keith!"
"Leave me alone!"
"No now open up" i get up and i unlock the door and open it.
I look at him and his face is red.
"What" i ask him quite rudely.
He pushes me into my room and closes and locks my door again.
"W-what are yo-" im cut off by lances lips on mine and him pushing up against a wall with his knee between my legs. I melt into the kiss after my momentary surprise.
