Marie's POV
I walked past a couple buildings, it was very cold outside and I couldn't see very well through the slim fog of San Francisco, I decided to pay an old friend a visit, Kennith Porter a visit, it's been awhile since I've been in touch with him. I walked into the apartment estate, going up a few flight of stairs, realizing that Kenniths room was right next to another old friend, Eddie Brock. I knocked a few times before he swung open the door frantically. "Marie! I'm so glad your here! I need to tell you something important!" He pulled me in fast, his eyes seemed wide in paranoia, he seemed to be shaking a lot. "Woah, woah their buddy, slow down what is it?" I asked, I tried my best to calm him down. "Something awful has happened to me and I don't know what's going on! It came in through the vents, it took me!" Kennith rambled. "What do you mean by 'it'?" I asked him, clearly he probably had gone insane. "The Life Foundation! It wanted me to participate so they did by force! You gotta help me!" He yelled. Thinking he had lost it, I ran out of his room grabbing him by the arm. "Cmon', maybe Eddie can figure this out." I told him. "Wait! No! No! No! He's busy he doesn't want anyone coming in!" Kennith yelled back. "Please, Marie! he's having a hard time-" I didn't listen, so I knocked on his door .
