"Umm, exactly where are we?" Nick says looking out the window
"Does that sign say camp grounds?" Normani says
"Yes it does" I smile
"What the fu-!" Nick yells

"Ugh!" Nick says
"Y/n why did you drive us to the desert?" Dinah asks
"Calm down guys this isn't the final destination" I say
"Guys it was a prank! Thank you Jesus!" Nick says
"...no" I say as they cheer. "We're staying here tonight then getting back on he road tomorrow..."
"Great." Normani says

"Where's the tent?" Nick asks
"There isn't one..." I say
"What?!" Ally says
"Guys! I brought sleeping bags and some blow up mattresses, were gonna sleep under the stars!" I smile
"Blow up mattresses?" Dinah says
"Yeah, I have mine but there should be more in the box in the trunk" I say
"You mean the box I gave to the door man right before we left?" Dinah says
"What?" I say
"No!" Ally says
"Stop being dramatic" I say
"Says the one who has a mattress" Nick says
"I can't believe this" Normani says
"Same" Dinah says
"I'm sorry guys" I say
"Whatever" Nick says as he walks towards a tree and lays his sleeping bag out

"Hey" Lauren calls for me
"What, are you mad at me to?" I ask
"No" she laughs
"No?" I say
"I haven't been camping in forever, I actually find it peaceful just laying under the stars in the middle of nature" she says
"...You're fucking with me aren't you" I laugh
"Only a little" she laughs. "I love the stars but I'm definitely not excited about sleeping in the grass"
"I still have a blow up mattress, we can share if you want?" I say
"Yeah... sure thanks" she smiles

"Look at them over there, laying in comfort on that mattress!" I say
"This shit if fucked up" Normani says. "And it's freezing!"
"If you want.. we can connect our sleeping bags and-" Nick starts
"-Shut up" Normani says
