Jim's POV:
(Written by @Kodbro)

Daylight was gone. I couldn't believe it. And just when I had got used to not having it, I had to get used to that feeling all over again.

"Jim?" Claire asked from behind me. Her gentle touch comforted me. I looked up to the place where James had disappeared. Blinky looked back at me. At least we had him back. He was our hope now.

"It's gone," I said. "James took it and now he's going to bring Gunmar back."

"Not just Gunmar," Toby added. "Is it me or is anyone else asking themselves what James meant when he said that he's not just planning to resurrect Gunmar this time? No?"

"Morgana," Blinky answered. Claire's grip stiffened in my shoulder at the mention of her name.

"But we destroyed her," she said.

"Technically you just condemned her back to the Shadow Realm. She's still alive," Blinky explained.

"Then what are we to do?" Claire asked.

"We must find James and get the amulet back before he can resurrect Gunmar," I said before anyone else could. "And now that we know where he is, we should go there now-"

"No Master Jim. Not after what just happened," Blinky said.

"Blinky is right," Claire answered. "We have to think our next step through. Because now that James has the amulet, who knows what kind of Evil he can unleash with it."

"Gunmar is the kind of Evil that he can unleash with it," Toby said. Sounding sarcastic and serious at the same time.

"Then right now the best thing we can do is meet Eli and Steve at the forest. Night is about to fall," I suggested. "Is that good for you, Blink?"

"As long as we go in with a plan, it's good," Blinky said, crossing his four arms against his chest as he did. "We will get Daylight back, Jim. In the meantime we still have Eclipse."

"I think as long as I'm a troll I will always have Eclipse," I said.

Then as Claire helped me up, Merlin decided to step in at that moment and ask, "Did I miss anything? I heard shouting. Jim."

I turned to him, now glaring. "Where is Daylight?" He asked.

"That's seriously what you're concerned about right now?" I asked. "Not the fact that James was able to get in here without a Horngazle-"

"All the more reason to get the amulet back from James," Merlin said.

"Now hold up for just a minute, Mr Know-It-All," Toby said. "Who's to say that we can trust you? For all we know, you gave Jim the amulet so that James could get it directly from him. You didn't even come to help us."

Merlin was the one to glare Toby this time. "Firstly, because I told Jim not to give it to James under any circumstances. And secondly, I've always been on your side. Why would I ever want Gunmar to come back again? It's why-"

"You turned me into a troll in the first place," I finished. "So you may be on our side. If you are then, you will take us to the forest now."

"Is that a threat, Trollhunter?" Merlin asked. I was glad that he felt intimidated by me.

"It will be," I said.
