Author’s note: Woot woot a new chapter! So anyways I have dedicated this chapter to someone by the name of JHeart21 because he had really went out of his way to edit this chapter. Due to technological (sometimes illogical) he couldn’t send it back :( Dang you technology! *shaking fist at the sky for no reason at all* But if any of you authors out there need an editor seek a JHeart21, that’s yo man! A picture of Tyler Posey to play as Tyler to the right! Sizzling! Enjoy y’all!

“It’s going to be an ok night,” Amber said somewhere from behind me. Even though we had ourselves a ‘fun’ banter about what I should be wearing for tonight (I won of course so I got to stay in my sweatpants and blue T-shirt), she suddenly jumped onto another subject soon as we stepped outside.
I turned around to find her behind me staring up at the night sky. I still wondered what the big deal was. Her whole face was illuminated in the moonlight kind of dramatically. I wondered if that’s what she was pausing for, a dramatic effect. But as I stared longer I noticed that she was actually serious, though her face looked serene. She might have even looked a little relieved?
Did I mention how the moonlight’s rays made her hair look great? I kind of envied that. The clothes she wore were completely different from the clothes she had on when she arrived. Could it be that deep down, she was a whole other person than I had originally thought? Did I judge her subconsciously without meaning to? No one was perfect but that would really make feel lower than dirt.
She chose a low cut shirt that hung over her shoulder. She added a beanie over that luscious dark hair of hers and a pair of skinny jeans. She even looked younger than me. In some small ways, she even acted younger than me from what I’ve learned in the past few hours together.
“Oh yeah?”
“It’s a Waxing Gibbous moon tonight,” she said as if I could understand her but I wasn’t quite following.
I too had stopped and looked up into the sky out East seeing an almost full moon. “Waxing Gibbous?” Astronomy wasn’t my strongest subject.
“Yeah,” she suddenly looked back at me casting some shadow over her face but her smile was still visible. “A waxing gibbous is before a full moon. A Waning Gibbous is after the full moon.” I was still looking up at the sky while she watched me.
Man, this girl was weird. One moment she could be normal and the next she was somewhere else. Her parents were hippies? “So you know a lot about moons and whatnot.” I turned my head back down having to blink a little to readjust my eyes.
I didn’t miss how her eyes shifted side to side, “A little.”
Somewhere in the distance in a car I could hear a song about a lion who sleeps tonight. A funny thought came to mind, should that be a good thing? What were the chances that there was something more to the world than I had originally thought? I looked up at the sky which was silent for the most part.
