Eric is a very secretive person. After all I'm his sister, shouldn't he be able to tell me everything? After many nights of tossing and turning and thinking over if I should ask Eric what's he hiding behind the door, I finally got the courage to ask him. So I went downstairs to the kitchen where he was making supper.
"Eric?" I asked.
"Hey Kara." He said as he was turning around to face me.
"Can I talk to you?" I said.
"Of course you can. After all that's what brothers are for."
"Please don't get angry when I ask you this because I know you hate it when I do."
"Okay."
"Why won't you let me open the door?"
Silence. Nothing but silence, then once again there was that emotionless expression on his face.
"Ugh.. I don't know what your talking about."
"I know you do Eric."
"Kara, I've told you a lot of times to not ask me that question. So please go up to your room and I'll call you down when supper is ready."
"Eric... I'm your sister I think I should know everything about you!"
"Kara.. go up to your room." I could hear him starting to get annoyed.
"Eric, tell me!"
"Kara!"
Without another word, I ran straight up to my room and didn't come down until the next day.
