Another week of decent, yet slightly awkward, conversations and Jeon Jungkook's nerves had started to kick in.

Fiesta de los Muertos. A celebration that lasts days, sometimes weeks on end. It was arriving soon.

He knew very well that before Jimin left for Venice he would always join Jungkook in the festivities, mostly on wasting themselves away until the morning where the hangover would feel like a damp cloth of death clamped over their minds.

But of course, this year was going to be different.

Sighing, he squeezed the grape between his two fingers with frustration, head hanging low as he sat against the vineyard shed.

"Why that look, amigo?" Taehyung's voice bloomed into his ears. He looked up and found the worker stood with his hands on his hips, looking down at the glum boy.

Jungkook only pouted. "Dia de los Muertos is coming up soon."

Taehyung grinned. "Then you should be excited, stupido!" His smile suddenly turned sheepish. "I mean, unless someone you know died recently, then—"

"No, no, not that," Jungkook cut off, heaving up his seat. "No, Tae, it's Jimin."

He looked down from the boy again, feeling weirdly guilty. "He's my best friend and all, but with the Fiesta coming up—"

"—you don't want to celebrate with him," Taehyung finished off, grinning devilishly. "Any specific reason why you've grown such hatred towards your beloved best friend?"

Jungkook held in the urge to smack the amusement off his face. "Have you seen the way he looks at Aeri?"

With the way Taehyung's face fell Jungkook truly thought he'd slapped him. "Wait, what?!"

It was the younger's turn to be sarcastic. "Surprise, Tae! Park Jimin is head over heels for Aeri!"

"Oh—mierda," Taehyung suddenly cursed, slapping a hand atop his forehead. "Why didn't you tell me?!"

"I was going to anyway," Jungkook said. "Jimin told me nearly two weeks ago, and I've hardly seen you then."

The worker wasn't really listening anymore, but too busy pondering over this new information. Clearly he was alarmed, but his boss never expected such shock to pass over the boy.

"Taehyung..." Jungkook called, nearing him.

"Señor," Taehyung suddenly spoke up. "Would you like to go to Granada?"

The unexpected question threw him off a little. Shaking his head, Jungkook asked, "What's Granada got to do with anything I'm talking about?"

"Well, I've got to ask her first," Taehyung started, fingers tapping against his chin, "But every year Aeri and I go to Granada to celebrate Dia de los Muertos because she's got a lot of family there."

"And your point is...?"

The peasant sighed, putting a rough hand on the boy's fine robes. "Tonto, I'm saying you should come with us."

Jungkook didn't know why his heart started beating faster. "You want me to come with you and Aeri to Granada?"

"I know it's ludicrous, but I don't want Aeri near Jimin now that you've mentioned it." Taehyung then winked at him, adding, "And plus, you'll get to see her family too, so it's more advantageous for you."
