At 5:34 today, the President announced that all food high in sugar (glucose) would be bannedfrom schools. This would prevent kids from gaining obesity later on.
However, this plan was protested an hour later, by parents who said that "without sugar, school rates are falling to a new low as students are not paying attention, falling asleep, and are not doing so well on tests. Some students are not showing up."
In responce, the President said:
"It is just a phase of their body looking for more glucose to use. In a couple of months or so, they will adjust to the low sugar."
But, parents around Seguro are still not convinced. What will happen next? It remains to be seen how this new act will progress.
