A long time ago, two elements lived together in perfect harmony: the Fire village of Kosu and the Water village of Acalia. But everything changed the day the Queen of Acalia was assassinated. She left no legitimate heir to the throne, and the culprit was never found. Chaos spread across the kingdom. Taking advantage of the disorder, barbarians seized power and accused the Fire kingdom of having orchestrated the assassination in order to weaken Acalia and conquer it. War was declared. Ten years later, a boy named Gajudsa is born. Different from all others, he carries within him a power that could change the fate of the world. Will he be able to restore balance, or will he witness the fall of everything he knows?

The words tumble around me until there literally IS nothing left other than each word, flowing one after the other, until I get to the end. Gabriel the Conqueror had executed his plans to perfection. In less than a day, the prosperous city of Ilendia was under his control, and his people finally had a chance at a better life, away from the barbaric lands of his home country. All that remained to seal the deal was to take the Daughter of Ilendia as his wife. And that's where the problems begin. Because the Lady Brennan is far from the docile wife Gabriel had been expecting. She's strong and untameable, and refuses to bow to his commands. And unfortunately for Gabriel, she's Ilendian to the core. He must win her favor to ever have a chance at being loved by the Ilendians. With the threat of war on their borders, can Gabriel ever manage to make his new wife love him? Or will he lose his heart first? Please note: this story contains quite a bit of modern slang. The reason for this is because I wanted to portray the Ilendians as a more free-spirited, casual type of people. So this story is not historically accurate in any way. I just loved the idea of having modern behavior and vocab in a medieval setting haha. Hope you enjoy!

This is a collection of poetry that deals with time. The prequel to this collection is, Reality. They both deal with philosophical questions. Reality questions existence. Complicated Times is more about time. Though those are the focuses of each collection, there are still poems with other questions, in both the collections. I'm making this confusing. But of course, what can be more confusing than philosophy? Time shall tell. :D Also, some of the poems you will read may be cheerful- while others will be morbid. The farther you read into the compilation of poems, the more contemplative they will get. So beware.

This collection of poetry will depict a hidden land of darkness and twisted reality. It may or may not have a moral or a point. I will do my best to entertain you and post frequently. Each chapter will be another element that roams or creates this fictional world. Feel free to comment feedback and suggestions for new parts of the land and new monsters I haven't thought of.
