She glances at herself in the mirror. Thinking to herself, should she call his number? She reaches for the number on the slim white piece of paper. She turns the paper over. It reads. "Chinese Depot: If you love something, set it free... if it returns, keep it and love it forever." She dials his number, and settles into her large soft sofa.
"Hello?" She hears his voice, "Who's this?"
"Hey! It's Haven...from the coffee shop?" She says, trying to hide her excitement.
"Oh my gosh! Hi Haven! What's up!" He almost yells.
"Well I... " She looks around trying to find something to say, she spots the groceries she forgot to put away. "I just got back from the grocery store, figured I'd give you a call, how about you?"
"Oh cool, cool." He looks around his office. "I'm at work" He whispers.
"Oh I should let you go then. Maybe we could talk later?" She asks.
"Yea, I guess I should get some work done," He laughs. "I'll call you when I get off, how about 2 hours? at 5 o'clock?" He asks.
"Sounds great. See ya then!" She presses to hang up.
