Jack leads Leo and Luna outside of their apartment complex through the front door on the front door. Jack races over to his duel runner while the moon's light glistens on it.
"Jack, we can follow you on our duel boards." Leo says, revealing two electric skateboards with a duel disk connection cord, one blue and one pink.
"Okay fine, but stay close to me. We need to find Yusei and Akiza." Jack slides on his helmet and turns on his runner.
Leo and Luna step onto their duel-boards and plug in their duel disks. They turn on their boards and put on their helmets, and then follow Jack through the streets, and then onto the highway to downtown Neo Domino.
"Jack Atlas!" Victor's voice and runner creeps up passed the twins and rides beside Jack.
"Who might you be?" Jack asks.
"I've just been told by my operatives that you just defeated my partner." He responds.
"So you're that Jasmine's partner huh? The one that defeated Yusei." Jack scoffs.
"Correct I did, and now I will beat you and claim Leo and Luna!" Victor says.
"What's stopping you from just taking them huh?" Jack asks.
"In my organization we have morals and guidelines we follow, we're not monsters." Victor explains.
"I beg to disagree, what's your name punk before I accept this challenge?"
"Victor, and as the name suggests, I will be defeating you!"
"In your dreams."
"Jack you can't do this!" Luna says.
"Not alone he wont!" Leo says.
"No, you two cannot compete right now. It is my job to protect you before you have to protect yourselves. I promise he won't get that far either." Jack says.
"I will eradicate you, take them to summon the Crimson Dragon and then we will destroy the light in the world!" Victor says.
"Destroy the light? That's what Jasmine said in our first duel too. What is your secret clan planning?" Jack asks.
SPEED WORLD 2 ENGAGED - AUTO PILOT STANDING BY - DUEL POV
Jack: (4000 LP) Answer my question Victor!
Victor: (4000 LP) I will answer all questions when you lose, because then you won't be able to stop us.
Jack: We will see about that! (Draw) I'm going to summon my Exploder Dragon! (Def: 0) I'll end my turn with a face down!
Victor: Hmm, no wonder why you haven't beaten Yusei Fudo.
Jack: What did you say to me?
Victor: I defeated Yusei and Akiza Izinski by myself, you won't be a threat even though I don't know as much of your deck as Jasmine did. Jasmine studied you while I studied Yusei so you'd both be out of the picture.
Jack: So your friend back there studied my deck and my style of dueling and still lost huh, you can't be that good.
Victor: I'll just have to play my best and not play around with you as I did Yusei.
Jack: What do you mean?
Victor: Yusei has the easiest weakness, go after Akiza and he will throw away his strategy to save her.
Jack: You're crazy, that wont work on me though bub!
Victor: Correct. (Draw) (SC: 1) By discarding one card in my possession I can summon the Clear Scorpion in attack mode! (Atk: 1800) Now that I have a face up Clear monster on my field I can special summon the Clear Defender! (Def: 1900) My Clear Scorpion will strike your Exploder Dragon!
