You were not feeling well so had taken a leave from your job for a day. Tom wanted to be there for you to care for you but unfortunately he had some business which he couldn't deny. So he promised to be back home as soon as he"ll be free. Also he instructed you to take your medicines on time and don't skip it as he knew you could because you're not really fond of medicines. And he was right, you didn"t took your medicine in carelessness and when Tom got to know, he asked you if you skipped the medicine. You knew being your love, he's really concerned about you. So you just lied to him that you took your medicines.
"Amm....yeahh.....i ....i took my medicines. Don't worry Tom. I didn't skipped it.", you answered trying to lying him.
