if i could make the world
stop
for a while
i would take a deep breath
and listen to the sound
of my heart
beating
to remind me
that i am not just existing
but alive
in fragments
of emotions
& ideas
& redundancy
& truth
& conflict
& lies
& love
& loss
& heartbreak
& peace.
(i wish i didn't care so much about everything.)
