Book of spells [Volume #1]

Thank You, and Good Night!

Pages rustled in the silence and an almost echoing yet faint thud as the book has finally been closed. Two Hundred chapters and almost five years worth of work, worth of writing all compiled into one book, You sigh as you lean back. "Well." You say into the darkness. before you could say anything else the book seemed to glow almost warming up considerably, you open it, and on the second last page, you see two words. 

  "THANK YOU"

It says, "for what?" you ask.

"THANK YOU, FOR READING.

THANK YOU FOR BEING ON THIS JOURNEY WITH ME."

"How are you doing this?" You asked. New words appeared in the book. 

"I CAST A LITTLE SPELL."

It said. You smile, lightly laughing, of course, you are holding a spellbook, it's only appropriate for it to be magic. "Will there be another Book of Spells?" You asked. 

"YES" 

"I'll see you then, shall I?" You asked. No more letters appear, and the book cooled down. You close it once more. "I'll see you then, but for the meantime thank you, and goodbye." You stood up and placed the book on the table and left the room, excitedly waiting for what's next to come, whilst getting on with your own life.

Unbeknownst to you, the book glowed one more time and six words were written in the book, for the last time. 

"THANK YOU, AND GOOD NIGHT!"
