Chapter 12

Ari's POV
Ashley. The one and only human being that gets under my nerves. We used to be best friends did everything together we loved and hated the same things. Any boy I crushed on she liked too any guy she liked i was there crushing on him too. Then a day after her birthday she came to me crying that her mate rejected me i was with her all night handing her tissues but the next day she completely changed her attitude she slowly stoped hanging out with me, started changing her hair, hating things we loved became more rude to anyone who wanted to talk to her. After a week of her attitude change she stopped talking to me and got a new group of friends. I was devastated she became what she used to protect me from, a bully. She never knew the reason why i didn't talk or what happened that day in the woods the day my parents got murdered. Now seeing her with her fake dyed platinum hair and her fake blue eyes. She wears contacts not fake ones she actually needs them if not she has to wear these big thick glasses but she hated her brown eyes one thing me and her disagreed on so she decided to wear blue contacts I'm the only one who knows besides her family, people believe her because her mother had blue eyes and they assumed she got them from her. Looking at her i know something is off, it's this thing inside me, i know i have heightened senses i can see better at dark, smell different things that most can't, and hear small noises that many can't hear.
"Are you okay?" Blake asked. Realizing i was staring at the she-devil herself. I turned to see Blake staring at me with concerned eyes. Looking at him i nodded and grab the twins hands and started to walk away, until i felt a hand grab my shoulder. Four growls erupted throughout the room, and turned to see Ashely looking at me with her hand on my shoulder. Quickly releasing me after seeing the murdering glare everyone gave her she started taking.
"Hey there, welcome back i know we've had a lot of beef but maybe we can put that behind us? You can sit with me during lunch next period if you want. Look i really missed you and was very worried about you, you were my bestfriend and then you ran off i was so scared, and i realized how much of a bitch i became and promised myself if you ever came back to fix things with you"
She's lying. I know she is I've known her, her whole life and she has a tell when she's lying her left eyebrow twitches, it's a small subtle twitch hard to see but when you're not looking for it it's there and her talking to me right now saying how she misses me. That thing is twitching like crazy.
"I think she's good she's eating with us" Nick jumped in.
"Well that's perfect you guys can join us" She replies with this sickly sweet voice that made my skin crawl.
"No Ashley, they're okay. No one wants to sit with you, and I'm telling you this right now as your alpha i am ordering you to never bug her or her friends ever again. You do not speak about her, or look at her don't even think about her. You've done enough to harm this pack that you aren't apart of. Be grateful your daddy is the principle which is why you can stay but I'm still his alpha and i can kick you and your siblings out of here. They're here to help not for you to get pleasure out of making someone feel lesser than you. One wrong move and you're out." Blake growled at her.
Damn that was hot. Ew hold up get your shit together remember who he is.
Yeah he's the guys that never actually bullied me except for that one time and he's also my mate it's normal for me to have these feelings.
"Your alpha is correct we're here to help and if anyone from my pack feels unwelcome i can assure you alpha Blake we are out. even if you are in the midsts of a war. We came here as a curtesy of your pack to train them and help get them ready to fight. We did not come here for you guys to be bothering any of us. I will be checking in with the rest of the pack if i hear a single thought or word that someone is making my pack uncomfortable you will be the first one to know." Alex said
With that Nick tightened the hold on my hand and walked out.
There's a war going on? With who? And why? Wars don't really happen anymore, every pack has at least one peace treaty with some other pack making it impossible for someone to go to war.
"You know if you wanted to punch that human in the face i can turn my head the other way if you want i mean i don't know much but I'm guessing she was someone who made your life a living hell"
Nodding my head i lead the boys to our psychology class. Knowing that we are 7 minutes i pick up our pace. "Woah pumpkin what's the rush we're already late running won't make us any more un late" Nick said. "Besides we are the Alpha Beta and Third that teach can't say anything to us we could just say that we were talking about our pack" Alex said.
Reaching our classroom i walked in recognizing half of the class as Blake's pack and the other as our pack. The people from my pack bowed their head in respect while the others just stared.
"Ah welcome you're a little late but not to worry i am Dr.Shari your psychology teacher I'm guessing your pack saved those three seats for you in the back. Just take one of each of those colorful papers and take a seat when you are done" each of us gave her a smile grabbed the papers and took a seat in the back to the seats that were saved for us.
"Okay!-" Dr.Shari was cut off by someone entering and what a surprise it's Blake with a smirk on his face directed towards me.
Rolling my eyes i feel my hands shaking underneath the table. Jeez it's like my life is turning into a cliche werewolf book or something.
