[To heal your heart a bit guys, I'mma write a chapter of what would of happened if Makoto didn't die. But this ending still isn't the offical one. The offical ending is still the one where she dies, and sadly the things in these chapter will never happen //slapped.. Anyway, Please enjoy.] [ This will just go through Makoto and Takashi's life if Makoto didn't die.]

Since their day of confession, a week passed. Everything was perfect and it was going to stay that way. Makoto sat there, tears of happiness streaming down her face as she recalled what the doctor said to her and her family two hours ago.

"Makoto.."The doctor looked insanely happy,"We found a heart to fit you!" He exclaimed. Makoto and her family burst out in tears. They were so happy.

Masaki, who was standing by the door, started to cry as well.

Makoto couldn't explain how happy she felt. No longer would she have to live in fear of death. Death was no longer hunting her down.

She glanced to the clock. The host club was on now but it couldn't hurt to call him, could it? She picked up her phone, dialing Takashi's number. It rang a few times before he picked it up,"Hello."

"Takashi!"Makoto smiled widely, her eyes tearing up again,"I'm going to live..! They found a heart for me! I'll have a strong heart..!"

A wide out of character smile spread across his face.

-

Within the next few days she had the surgery. It was succesful. A week after the surgery she was discharged from the hospital. She smiled as she walked out of the hospital. She was so happy,"I can't believe it.."She whispered.

Finally she could live a happy life.

She deserves one.

-

"...I'm not sure. I haven't been to school in so long.."Makoto mumbled as she stood by the gates of Ouran in the uniform. Mitsukuni grinned.

"Don't worry, Mako-chan. Everything will be okay!"He grinned wide.

Takashi took her hand, smiling softly down at her. He nodded his head in agreement to what Mitsukuni said. He gently pulled her along into the school where they had the same class. As expected of her, Makoto made a few female friends in her class.

She was so happy.

"I love you, Takashi." She whispered to him in class.

He softly smiled,"I love you too, Makoto."He whispered back.

A huge smile went on Makoto's face.

Yes, Everything was perfect.

There was no doubt.

-

The end of the year came. "..What are you going to do after school,Takashi?"Makoto asked as they walked together in the cold, a scarf around them both. He simply shrugged. Makoto looked down,"I'd like to be a doctor..Or a nurse.."

Takashi blinked in surprise. He looked to her.

"I want to help sick people.. And those who were like me." Makoto whispered,"I want them to get the happiness i got." She looked up at Takashi, smiling,"I want them to find love like i did." She took his hand. He gripped her hand softly back.

She leaned her head on him as they walked together, smiling."I'm so grateful that i met you.."She whispered.

-

School had ended, as did college and such. Makoto's eyes slowly opened as she woke up in the bed she shared with her partner, Takashi. She yawned and looked at his sleeping face. She softly smiled then cuddled to him.

Takashi continued to try and sleep more. He rolled to his side to face Makoto, hugging her close to him. Makoto giggled.

Takashi sure liked cuddles, didn't he?

-

They've been going out for a while now. They're adults now that live together. Makoto walked in the snow with Takashi, it was night. They were all bundled up in warm clothes. "I love the snow~"Makoto smiled,"It's amazing." Takashi nodded, "It's good I got the day off from the hospital. I really want to spend christmas with you~"

A soft smile went on Takashi's face. He nodded. Of course he wanted the same. He stopped in his tracks. "Hm?"Makoto blinked. She stopped walking and turned to face Takashi. "Takashi?"

Takashi walked towards her. Suddenly the dark street lit up in many lights and romantic music played. She looked to a bench, where suddenly Hana, Mitsukuni, The twins, Tamaki,Kyoya and Haruhi were, just standing in front of the bench with smiles on their faces.

Makoto's cheeks heated up. She quickly looked to Takashi who was now down on one knee. He opened the ring box in his hand, revealing a beautiful white gold and diamond ring. "Makoto.. Will you marry me?"

Makoto's eyes watered. She was happy.

"O-Of course..!!"She exclaimed, a big smile on her face.

-

The wedding was a big one. It was beautiful. Makoto walked down the aisle with her dad, blushing. She was in a  beautiful white dress, the viel covering her face. She went to Takashi and the priest. He spoke the words then after they said their 'I do's' he said, "You may kiss the bride."

Takashi took the viel off of her beautiful face. He leaned in, softly and lovingly kissing the one he held dearest.

The crowd cheered.

-

Years passed since then. Makoto  Morinozuka held their baby boy iin her arms, "Haruka~"She grinned, "I love you~"She kissed her baby on his forehead.

Takashi came out from a room and over to Makoto, smiling. He put his arm around her and lovingly gazed down at his son, Haruka.

He had  Takashi's hair and Makoto's beautiful eyes.

He also had her amazing smile...

-

The kids grew up.  Into teenagers, into adults. Takashi and  Makoto loved each other just a strong as ever. She sat down on the couch with him, leaning into his hug.

Slowly they died. First Takashi was to die of old age. A month later,Makoto did the same.

They joined hands and entered the gates of heaven together.

-

Their kids stood by their tombstones. Haruka let out a soft sigh," I miss you guys.."He mumbled then looked to his little sister, Chiaki who had the same personality as Takashi.

Chiaki had tears streaming down her face,"...Why did they have to go, Haruka?"

"I don't know, sis." Haruka hugged her," They're in a better place now. Don't worry.
