Italy Veneziano and Italy Romano are only half brothers. Veneziano has Germanic blood in him, making him paler and with lighter hair, while Romano has Arabic blood, making him tanner and with darker hair. Romano also nearly had black hair, but that was swapped for dark brown.
Greece is Romano's full brother. Romania also is adamant on convincing the Italies that he is their brother, since his name has "Rome" in it.
