Chapter 4

Jake's POV:
I haven't seen Colby all day, I mean yes he's independent and can do things himself, but he usually tells me before he leaves or anything. I just came to the fact that maybe he forgot. I move the sheets from over me and put some jeans on. I walked downstairs to see all the roommates gathered in the living room. Not in a good way, but in a sort of "we need to talk" way.

"What's up?" Jake asked

Everyone looks down.

"Hello?" Jake asked confused

Sam stands up and walks towards Jake

"Jake...Colby is..."

Jake's eyes start to water. Dead? Kidnapped? Gone? He was already heartbroken and he didn't know what it was

"H-he's What?" Jake said choking on his breath

"Colby is.....cheating on you..." Sam said

"There's no way." Jake said sternly

Jake looked up at all of the roommates to see them sitting anxiously.

"Who is it..?" Jake whimpers

Nobody answers

"Who is it damnit?!" Jake yells causing everyone to jump

"You wouldn't believe us..." Devyn said

Jake turned to Devyn with a confused look.

"Just tell me who it is" he begs

"Brennen" She says.

Jake stood in disbelief. The guy that hurt Colby, never loved him, almost raped him. Why..?

"It's not true...I-I-it can't be true" Jake said falling into his knees

He began to cry. He was hurt, bad. How could Colby do this

Everyone looked at each other and then at Jake and smiled.

"What's so funny?!" Jake cries

Colby pops up from behind the couch and smiles.

"Colby?" Jake says as he wipes a tear from his face

"Welcome to the prank wars!!" They all yell.

"Fuck you all" Jake says crying and laughing

Colby walks over to Jake and hugs him, running his fingers through his soft hair.

"I'm sorry babyboy, they told me to do this" Colby whispers

"Doesn't mean you had to take it this far" Jake says buried in Colby's shoulder

"You're right, I'm sorry" Colby said

Colby moves Jake's head from his shoulder to see Jake's face red and puffy.

"Awe baby, don't cry please. I'm sorry I hurt you this bad" Colby said pouting

"I'm trying, it just hurt" Jake said

"I know, it won't happen again. I promise."

Jake looks up and stares into Colby's eyes.

"I really fucking love you" he said

"I love you too" Colby replies kissing the male.

Jake kisses back smiling, still crying.

"Oh baby, please don't cry. I'm so so so sorry" Colby said wiping the tears off of Jake's face

Jake smiles and holds Colby's hand. He loved the connection of them together. Colby wrapped his arms around Jake's neck and blushed.

"I can't believe you make me so happy, how could a person produce that much greatness?" Asked Colby

Jake smiles and blushes into Colby's neck

"You're such a sweetheart" Jake mumbled

"You're a bigger sweetheart" Colby said kissing his head

Jake wraps around Colby's waist. His embrace was so nice and comforting. He never wanted to leave
