"You actually came for me." Namjoon said as he laid down on my bedroom floor. "Don't flatter yourself I'm just a nice person."

"Too nice if you ask me." I scoffed but I knew he was right. "You can spend the night...." I semi whispered.

"Like old times." Namjoon sat up and smiled at me. "Why are you talking so much about the past?" He shrugged, "Maybe because in the past you were with me."

"Fine! If we're talking about the past so much, why did you let me get so drunk!" He began laughing.

~Flashback~

It was a Thursday and Jimin wanted to get drunk. This would be his first time drinking and what better person to drink with than Namjoon. The boy who has been trying to win him over, plus Jimin felt reassured when the drinking would be at Namjoon's house and not in public.

"Namjoonie~ thank you~!" A drunk Jimin slurred his words. Namjoon couldn't help but smile at his crush. His cheeks were a little red and his eyes were smaller than normal because of the constant smiling he was doing. "Hey babe I think that's enough." Jimin wasn't having anything. "I'm not your babe! And no! I want more green bottles."

Yes Namjoon snuck some soju from his parents and handed them over to Jimin.

"I'm Diminie!" Namjoon looked at Jimin was beyond drunk now. "Y-your who?" He couldn't help but laugh at Jimin. He's perfect.

"I'm d-drunk and I'm Jimin!" Namjoon knew he had to stop Jimin of course, after all this was his first time and there was school the next day.

"Okay that's enough Diminie." But Jimin kept resisting. "Maybe I like drinking! Like how you like-"

"Okay that's enough." But Jimin kept going, calling Namjoon out for what he was doing wrong.

The night ended heated but also with Namjoon letting Jimin pass out on his bed while Namjoon went out for a breather.

~End of flashback~

"Breather? My ass! You probably went-" Jimin was ready to go off but he was cut off by Namjoon. "You do have a nice butt." Jimin gulped feeling nervous. "Yes, I-I know but what I'm-"

"Tomorrow lets go on a date." I shook my head, "No way! I don't even want to talk to you-"

"Yet here you are!" Namjoon teased at me.

"Look Namjoon, you can't just expect me to run into your arms. You can't ask me on a date."

"Why not?"

"Because! You just can't!"

"You don't want to forgive me that's it right? You don't want to because you know you will and I'm not helping that." I hate how he's right. "Pretty much."

"Watch! I'll work to deserve that forgiveness-"

"For the party thing sure, but for the other thing I'm not sure."

The "incident" that I haven't told a soul and it should stay that way because it could cost Namjoon everything. It will cost him everything.

"That will require more time and I'm aware of that. I know."

"Let's sleep already I'm tired."

"But...can I take you on a date?"

"Depends on what we're doing then."

"It's a surprise...also I'm planning this just now in my head so you'll see!" I giggled a bit from how cute Namjoon can be.

"Also for embarrassing you that day...I'm sorry."

"O-oh that?"

"I wanted to see how you were doing but that didn't work out because-"

"You wanted to check up on me?" He nodded his head. "I sent Hoseok cause I knew your friends would follow me." A part of me fluttered that Namjoon wanted to check up on me.

Just like the old days.

"Anyways I felt terrible when Hoseok said you were crying, you know how I get when you cry."

"Want to drink?" Namjoon looked at me. "What?"

"My parents are gone for the weekend."

"Jimin, no let's sleep you said it yourself." I stood up from my bed looked underneath it. "I took them out not too long ago, here." I handed Namjoon the green bottle which he took slowly.

"Cheers."

"To what?"

"The past, the only time when I didn't hate you."
