Cuddle Headcanons (Warning: Soft!!)

Some of these may delve into the near-NSFW range because cuddles sometimes get a little handsy. I also have minimal experience cuddling, but I've written a hell of a lot of it. This is more affection-in-general headcanons. I tried to make them as gender-neutral as possible.

Midoriya Izuku:
-It took him a while to open up to being so intimate. Holding hands and just touching you was a lot for him to handle, so when you snuck closer to him on the couch of the lounge in the dorms, he tensed up and turned cherry red until you moved away, apologies abounding.

-He gets used to it, and now likes to be the little spoon. Don't get him wrong, he can engulf you with his bulky arms, but he likes to feel safe with you, and it also shows his trust in you. If you rub his shoulders while your legs are tangled together, he will melt.

-Loves back scratches. It takes him a while to initiate cuddling, but after a long time, he'll come right up behind you and wrap his arms around you affectionately, pressing his lips against your neck until you turn to your side to give him a warm, soft kiss.

Bakugou Katsuki:
-He won't admit it, but he needs the contact. He's so touch starved that the feeling of skin against his own scares him a little and makes him think you're trying to attack him. Funny enough, he was the one to do it first, but he didn't realize; his arms just draped over your shoulder from behind as his head rested against yours as you watched a video. It surprised you, but was pleasant nonetheless.

-He's quickly addicted to your contact, and it's your classmate's favourite way of calming him down. He doesn't like touching you a whole lot in front of other people unless it's for dominance purposes, but the occasional arm around the back works to get him to lower his voice.

-He's?? So?? Warm?? He's literally a furnace, you sometimes have to pull away during summer if you can't handle how hot he is. At least his smell of caramel covers your own smell of sweat when he just can't get enough of you.

Todoroki Shouto:
-Affection?? Yes!! Maybe? Well... He'll have to get used to it. He never, EVER had contact with people outside of fighting, so this new "hugging for a prolonged amount of time" thing really freaked him out at first. It made him more anxious than pleased.

-Once you moved from hand holding to arms around shoulders, he eased himself into the world of cuddles. He found himself feeling refreshed and energized when he woke up entangled with you, naked or not. He was so touch starved before, but now he was learning a whole new side to himself; loving and slightly clingy.

-He's very uncomfortable with giving affection in public, so stick to hand holding around others. Perhaps a study date with one of your friends would call for you sitting on his lap, but that's only if he knows the friend is comfortable with that and he's asked at least five times.

-Yes, he can change his body temperature to suit the time of year when you cuddle.

Kirishima Eijiro:
-Cuddles are MANLY if you entirely encompass yourself in their absolute warmth, right? Damn straight. This guy's got touching down to an art after Bakugou's demon-like "only touch me a certain way" phase before he began dating you.

-He prefers less contact around others, but isn't afraid to cling onto you if he feels like someone is hitting on you. It's a little annoying, but who isn't during the honeymoon phase?

-You have to assure him a hundred times before he's comfortable give you love bites while cuddling alone. He likes to hold you from behind most, because then he has full range of your body and you can intertwine hands with him - ugh, he just loves you so much.

Kaminari Denki:
-Touching! Right... that... heh... You would think he would be all over you, but he's very reclusive now that he actually has a significant other. You being willing to cuddle him is such a big step - you actually liking him still blows him away to this day.
