Chapter 7 Mark's Cousin

"HERE'S your hot coffee sir" donghyuck said after he placed the cup on mark's table

"What time is my meeting later?" mark asked while looking at his laptop

"2 o'clock in the afternoon, sir." donghyuck said

"Okay, you may go" mark said. donghyuck bows before he walks his way to the door but before he could grab the knob, mark called his name

"Donghyuck."

"Yes? What is it?" donghyuck asked in confusion

"Let's have some lunch together later" mark said

Donghyuck was surprised because mark never did this before.

"I'm sorry but I'll be with jeno later at lunch, sir" donghyuck said. It's the truth, he and jeno agreed earlier to have lunch together since jeno misses him already.

Mark looked pisssed at what his secretary said. He tries to hide the feeling of irritation but failed to do so

"It's a statement not a question. I'm not asking you nor giving you a choice. I'm just telling you that we'll have some lunch later." mark said

Donghyuck felt irritated at what his boss told him.

"You have no control to me during break. Let me breath for once, SIR" donghyuck said giving emphasis to the word 'sir'

let me be away from you for at least an hour, mark lee.

"No, my decision is final. Go tell jeno to not ask you again for lunch and look for someone who can eat with him because starting today, we'll be having lunch together" mark said looking intensely at him

"Excuse me? What?"

"Don't make me repeat myself" mark said

"What was that for?" donghyuck asked

donghyuck secretly hoping that mark would answer 'nothing, I just want to be with you during lunch' but he doesn't know why he wants to hear that

"My parents have eyes around the area. We need to be careful. This is for the purpose of our pretending as a couple" mark said

ok, nice one donghyuck.

"But I want to eat with jeno" donghyuck said.

Mark raised his eyebrows and walks towards donghyuck.

"You can't get what you want as long as I'm here." mark said. The younger gulp in nervousness. He's always nervous when mark is near to him.

"You're really rude" donghyuck said

"I believe that's not the right thing that you should tell your boss" mark said

"Yeah, right" donghyuck responded too tired to argue with his boss.

He turns his back from his boss and exited from his office. He checks his phone while walking towards the lift but suddenly someone bumped him

"Ouch" donghyuck said touching his nose.

The guy is taller than him so he need to tilt his head a little to see his face.

'Wow' is all donghyuck can say to his mind

The guy is extremely handsome and it is somewhat his type. He got a pointed nose and a plumped lips and his eyes are very captivating.

"Hey, I was asking if you're okay" the guy said
