Chapter Nine- Round 1: Scarlet and Annabelle VS Brock and May- Part One

After our talk with mother, we walked over to our side of the stadium where only the V.I.P's and the elite may stay. Its like the audience seats except with a little luxury such as we get served fancy food and treats, sit in comfy royal seats and also have a mini bar accompanied with massages, a hot tub, spa, jacuzzi and so much more.

We didn't want Delia to go back with the traitors so we told her to stay so that she can bond more with the children and so that she can feel like she's protected. We were all sat in our seats in suspense for today's battles. looking out on the field the contenders are good, but not good enough to make it to the finals. During the 1st round Bonnie and Diantha easily won their match with Leafeon and Gardevoir while Chase and Gary won theirs with Blastoise and Braviary. 

"Okay now, our third match for today's round is Annabelle and Scarlet VS Brock and May, the Hoenn's princess and daughter of Norman Maple, Hoenn Region's Normal Type gym leader!" The announcer declared.

The contenders made their way onto the battlefield, determined and full of confidence. Scarlet and Annabelle looked at one another, 

"Don't worry cousin, I've got you." Scarlet smiled.

"And you have me." Annabelle replied, making Scarlet smile.

"The battle between Annabelle and Scarlet, and Brock and May is about to begin,." The referee announced, "Each trainer will have the use of two Pokemon each. The match will end when one team will lose all of their Pokemon. In addition, substitutions will be allowed. Trainers, select your Pokemon."

"Weavile, Shatter them!"- Scarlet

  "Sudowoodo, lets go!"- Brock  

"Slowking, Dazzle them!"- Annabelle

"Blaziken, take the stage!"- May

Each trainer threw their Pokeball onto the the battlefield, releasing them for battle.
