I found this, and I love it! So I wanted to share it with you guys! Anyways, story time!

The sun in the far distance was setting behind the tall buildings of the district. Dark colors covered the sky and a few clouds were dotted here and there. The air was crisp and barely any life moved. All, but the zombies were still.

A cold wind blew past Nagisa, causing chills to run down his spine. He held the blanket that was around him a little tighter to try and protect himself from the cold while a small fire heated some more food. His eyes reflected the flames with an emotionless look in his eyes. He was trying to comprehend everything that has happened so far. The boy was in a completely new location that was apparently in the apocalypse, and he had no idea how he got here. Or just as importantly, where was he according to a world map. He might be able to get home if he followed it back to Tokyo. But as soon as the idea came up, it quickly went away. There was no way that would work. If it was that simple Tokyo would be infested with zombies.

Nagisa snapped out of his thoughts as another harsh wind blew towards him. He shivered and looked up at the sky. Had he really been here for an entire day? He had no idea how to deal with this. Thank goodness Kuro found him when she did.

After what felt like a really long time of staring into the sky, Nagisa heard the sound of someone jumping onto the roof. He lowered his head and looked over at the girl who had just come back with a giant thing of wire.

Kuro walked over to the giant box that led to the stairs. A few groaning sounds could be heard from behind the door, coming from a few zombies. Luckily Kuro locked the door earlier so they shouldn't be able to get in. But Kuro wanted to make sure they couldn't get in no matter what, so she took the wire and started wrapping it around the building.

Nagisa looked up at her curiously as she covered the entire thing. It was like she was making the stairway a prison. Of course, he already figured out what she was doing, but he didn't understand why. To him, the locked door was enough, but apparently not to her.

"Uh, Kuro," he said almost too quietly.

Kuro stopped what she was doing and looked at Nagisa with emotionless eyes.

"What is it?" she asked him coldly.

"Why.. are you wrapping the stairway with wire?" he asked.

"Reinforcements," she quickly replied," You may not notice this, but when there are a lot of zombies pushing against something they have enough force to break it. Zombies aren't weak, so it's important we keep our guard up."

Nagisa slowly nodded his head, realizing what she said was probably true. She knew more about these things than he did, so it would be best to go with what she says.

They stayed quiet for a little longer as Kuro continued to wrap the entire stairway. After a while, Nagisa started wondering how long the wire was. Finally, after what felt like an hour, Kuro reached the end of the wire and tied it to another end, extremely tightly.

"Uh, Kuro," Nagisa said a little louder this time," How long is that wire?"

"Hm, I don't know," she replied," Probably about 500 or 600 meters."

Nagisa almost sweatdropped, but then remembered why she did that. Kuro walked over to the edge of the building, the opposite side Nagisa was on, and jumped over the edge. At this point, Nagisa was used to her jumping around the building to do stuff. She's been doing it all day.

Suddenly, a loud crashing sound could be heard from where Kuro jumped. Nagisa almost jumped from his spot but was too sore to do so. Crashing continued for a few minutes until finally, Kuro jumped back up onto the roof..... With a giant ladder in her hand.
