Though none of the boys were early risers, Remus was always the first up-regardless of how well he had slept the night before. It baffled the others as to how he was able to wake up, shower and be generally prepared for the day before the others had even stirred.
On more occasion than one, the other boys woke at the crack of dawn just to try and catch him asleep-but Remus never missed a trick and stood proudly at the foot of his bed, hair still wet from the shower, as the other boys simultaneously turned to find him.
