there is something more than gravity
that is pulling me down
there are no strings around my wrists
no wrecking ball around my ankles
but i just can't seem to move from where i lie
here, the silence whispers lullabies
and the darkness shows light shows
dreams coming true and utopia
just waiting right behind my closed eyelids
there is a boulder pressing right behind me
but not enough to suffocate
just enough to keep me under
of my own volition
so i duck under again
and everything disappears
and so do i
