A year after he had first bumped into each other.

You could see them giggling in the halls, his arm around her, her head against his shoulder.

Perfect.

In sync.

As soon as class was over, they'd chase each other through the halls, laughing, falling to the ground.

Exchanging soft kisses.

Driving the teachers insane with their relationship.

"What if we could do it all over again?" he asked one day.

"What do you mean?"

"Just, keep going back in time so we could keep on enjoying these moments."

"Why have to go back in time when we could do it all the same in the present?"

He caressed her chin, looking her straight in the eyes.

"I love you."

"I love you too."

He pressed his lips into hers, savoring the way her perfect nose fit with his, like a puzzle made just for him.

He remembered making fun of that very same nose.

"I'm sorry."

"For what?"

"For being such a jerk in the past."

"That's why it's in the past."

A disgusted looking redhead passed by.

He remembered seeing them kiss.

Of course, it never actually happened, but the memory was still there.

Burned into his mind.

A reminder that at any moment, he could lose her.

"But, Draco. Love is timeless."
