Without this planet, people an animals would not exist. I believe that the planet needs humans, animals, bug etc.... It's like people needing trees and plants to breath due to the oxygen. The planet needs animals and people because the carbon dioxide that we people release, is what keeps the plants alive. Plants are sort of like people. Mainly in the ways that they need food, water, sunlight (Vitamin D) etc.... Anyways, what is the main point of your article? You may ask. Well the main point I am trying to make is that littering plastics destroys the planet. The planet is the main reason for me and everyone/everything around me as me as well. So to make a long story short, don not litter plastics or anything at all. It doesn't help or get you anywhere in the long-run.
