"How long are you going to be like this Tyong?" Yuta sighed as he leaned to the balcony.

"Its just temporary memory loss. She is able to regain sooner or later." He added.

"She.. looked at me the same way as she did when we first met her." Taeyong said with his eyebrows furrowed.

"What does it meant?" Yuta asked.

"Nothing. I'm nothing to her right now."

"And?"

"I want her to remember me. She...meant everything to me."

"Then, go get her."

"Oh god, I just won the bet." Yuta said lowly as he text Mark hurriedly.

Al was admitted to the hospital for 2weeks with intensive care. She did had severe head injury for god sake.

The boys decided to take her out walking around a private park owned by Yuta to ease her mind.

"Aw, those couple is having a wedding photoshoot." Kun cooed as they sat by the bench.

"When are you getting married?" Lucas nudged Ten playfully.

"Maybe next year."

Mark choked on his drink, the boys looked at him warily. Ten grinned.

"Huh."

"What?" Taeyong asked Al as he tightened his coat around her while Al stared at him.

"I suddenly remember that I said I want to marry you. Its funny." Al chuckled while the others stopped and looked at her with wide eyes. Taeyong raised his eyebrows.

"Yah, you remembered that first than the actual person?" Ten sighed.

"Well my bad Mister, sorry I cant control what I remember-"

"Yeah yeah I get it im sorry." Ten waved her off.

"But you guys were there but not him. Its a joke then?" Al said pointing at Taeyong.

"When was this?" He asked.

"That time when you went out with a very... bright woman." Mark said trailing off.

"Heemin. Bright indeed. Oh wait I remembered her." Al laughed earning a glare from Ten while the others sighed.

"Yangyang said he will be back next month." Taeyong said as he sat on the couch. Al hummed as she changed to a comfortable oversized sweater and comfy shorts.

Taeyong had been spending time with her to make sure she remember him somehow.

Stick to her like a koala.

It was Ten's idea.

"Its raining.." Al winced when a thunder came to light. She hurriedly went below the covers on her bed.

"Are you.. scared of the thunder?" Taeyong asked weirdly as he sat beside her bed looking at her.

"I dont know?" Al said confused. Her hair hides half of her face when she sat on her bed.

"Right. You don't have emotions." Taeyong chuckled as he swept her hair away from her face.

"I am a human, Taeyong. Of course I have." Al rolled her eyes.

"Do you... remember anything about me?" Taeyong said softly. Hoping.

"Actually, I regained my memory 2 days ago. Well some of it.."

"Why didn't you tell us?"

"I realized something so I figured I needed time."

"Ah really?" Taeyong said looking out the window.

Al watched his side profile and soften as she touched the scar besides his eye.

She realised that Taeyong plays an important role in her life as he brings the warmth that she didn't know she was seeking until he comes into her life.

The feeling of loving that has died alongside with her innocent childhood.

The thought of Taeyong leaving her one day makes her uneasy and she feels a lump in her heart.

"Do you have feelings for me?"

Taeyong turned to face her, gazing into her eyes.

"I thought it was obvious.." Taeyong hold her hands that were on his face.

"I care about you Taeyong, I really do but I-I am too dangerous for you, for nct.. I only attract danger and I cant let that happen to you." Al said cupping his face leaning to his forehead.

"What if I wanted that? What if I want you to be by my side?" He said finding her eyes.

"I am a weakness, Taeyong." She said, her voice barely came out, almost whispering.

They sat in silence listening to the pouring rain. Al felt like her tears are threatening to fall but she yeet it away haha im kidding.

She looked down to her hands thinking, the people who had died by them. The people who had died because of her.

Taeyong took notice her trembling as he holds he hands gently.

"Your hands are cold." He said.

"And what does it tells you?" Al asked softly.

"That humans can be so cold."

Perhaps that hit the switch.

Al leaned in to hug him.

"You're warm though, like always."

Taeyong put his head on her chest, hearing her heartbeats.

"Your heartbeat is very calming."

"And?" Al asked as she plays with his hair.

Taeyong pushed her gently, trapping Al on the bed.

"Its raining. I dont think I can go home right now." Taeyong said leaned in kissing her on the lips.
