I posted this on my profile, then realized this belongs here.

I do my writing on my phone so I can write whenever and wherever I want. While I have nothing to do at work, I like to look for a quiet place to work. Today I keep getting grabbed by people to go with them to do their work, not anything that is my job or affects me. Then later, no one is around, it's quiet and I can write, then a bunch of people come in making a bunch of noise having loud obnoxious conversations and playing music.

People want to make comments about me being on my phone, but them they all sit around a table and watch movies all day. How is that any better? The only difference is I want to be alone and have quiet, while they do it as a group. Even our supervisors sit down and watch with them. I just want to be left alone to do something that makes me happy, writing. Is that so wrong? I even had one guy get behind me and make annoying noises just to bother me.

I usual acts of intimidation aren't having an effect anymore. I think they realized I'm harmless and can't follow through.
