the next day harry gets up and changes his clothes and when he is done he hears a knock on his door and lets jeff in

"i guess we need to get straight into business, don't we" harry says
"yeah you took a 2 month vacation" jeff says
"have you talked to cynthia" harry asks
"she called me but i ignored her call" jeff says
"yeah she left me like 30 voicemails and 50 text messages" harry says

"i really don't want to do any interview right now" harry says
"sure i will cancel it" jeff says" but we have to interview for a new publicist"

"well lets take all this one step at a time" jeff says "lets get some food then we can meet with the realtor, your house in manchester i called a realtor and put it on the market and told niall to take care of that"

" nothing come on lets go" Harry says as they walk out of the hotel and head to a near by cafe once they are done with their meals they head to meet with the realtor and after looking at 4 houses Harry chooses the simple 1 floor house with 6 rooms each with their own private bathrooms plus 3 extra bathrooms for guest a huge beautiful kitchen with white cabinets a chefs stove a huge island to sit all the family it has a movie room for 20 people a formal living room and a family room there is a 3 bedroom guest house a pool, basketball court and a huge yard and Harry thinks he will add a play area for Olivia "I think I want this one, but is there a guard at all times"
"Yes and it's an exclusive so unless your on the list no one is allowed in no matter who it is" pearl the realtor says" well this house is on the market for 2.1 million and from what I hear there are multiple offers but I know the sellers agent she is my cousin I can find out what the highest offer is"
"Yeah please " Harry says as the realtor walks away as she excuses her self and Harry walks around and can only imagine Olivia walking into the kitchen as they make breakfast and maybe he can imagine louis sitting at the island drinking his tea or coffee
"Thinking of him " Jeff says
"Yeah just how this house is perfect but it's just missing them" Harry says staring at the open concept lay out of the house
"Well just stick to your plan Harry I can't see you break down again over the same things, Louis needs to stop being a coward and just talk to you" Jeff says as the realtor comes back into the house
"The highest offer is at 2.3 million and that was submitted about an hour ago the seller needs to sell as soon as possible as they only purchased it as an investment property" pearl says
"Let's go in at 2.6 million if someone counter offers then let's walk away anything over that is robbery" Harry says
" ok got it but let me go in at 2.35 million and that gives me wiggle room to negotiate" pearl says
