His dad told him.

Jimin shouted and left the house then went to a nearby Park.
He quickly took out his phone and called someone.

Taehyung asked.
"I need to tell you something.."
Jimin answered him.
"What do you want to tell me??"
Taehyung asked.
"I only have some months left to live.."
Jimin told Taehyung
"Hyung-ssi..this joke is not funny..stop joking.."
Taehyung told Jimin.Trying to believe that's not true.
"Why would I be joking?"
Jimin told him.
"To be honest,the reason I wanted to see you is because..I want to give you..this.."
Jimin took out a novel book.
"Dahyun's Birthday is this thursday right? I want you to give this to her..please."
Said Jimin.
"Why can't you give it to her yourself..?"
Taehyung asked Jimin.
"I can't go..It's ok.."
Jimin told Taehyung.
"And..keep this secret from Dahyun please..I don't want her to be sad."
Jimin begged.
"Alright,Hyung."
Taehyung promised while patting his back.
