The autobots figured out that sentinel is the key so blurr,brawn,warpath,grindor and Cheetor were escorting sentinel back to base as optimus is on a recon mission by himself

Sentinel stands up and faces away from the autobots as warpath is calling more autobots to form up with them sentinel spoke
Sentinel: you see my autobot brothers we were never gonna win the war on cybertron and for the sake of cybertrons survival a deal had to be made (pulls out rust cannon) with Megatron
Sentinel quickly turns around and shoots warpath in the back as the rust starts eating him
Warpath: what have you done (gasp)
Sentinel: I hear discharge you from duty
Sentinel aims his rust cannon at warpath
Warpath: nooooo-
Blam!!!!
Warpath lies there slowly dying so blurr ran up to sentinel to be stabbed in the spark then decapitated so brawn runs up to sentinel so sentinel shoots brawn with his rust cannon then quickly shoots grindor with his rust cannon killing them so cheetor quickly runs up and hits him a few times for sentinel to stab the rust cannon inside Cheetor and starts firing rapidly killing him so he takes out his gun and runs inside grabs the pilliars and runs off then optimus pulls up and transforms
Optimus: what happened here
He sees warpath laying there dead as his head falls off then he looks to see brawn blurr grindor and Cheetor dead so he tightens his fists and go's to find sentinel
Optimus: Bumblebee, OptimusPrimal, bulkhead, jazz and ratchet with me
They transform and head out

Optimus: autobots retreat!!!!!
Bumblebee,jazz,bulkhead,OptimusPrimal and ratchet transform and head back to base as optimus tackles sentinel so sentinel throws optimus aside and gets ontop of him and holds optimus down by holding his double bladed sword to his throat
Sentinel: joining the decepticons is the only way to save cybertron
Optimus: no it's not the only way!
Sentinel: on our planet we were gods but here they call us machines
Sentinel lets optimus free
Sentinel: blind you are optimus but in due time you'll see
