"You're a disgrace!" Your father shouted at you as you mother hid in the kitchen with her face buried in her hands, not uttering a word as your father continued to shout.
"Get out the house!" He shouted as he pushed you to the ground. Pain shot through your arm as it made contact with the edge of the glass table adjacent to you.
You refused to let the tears cascade down from the corners of your eyes as you watched the small droplets of crimson blood seep through the slit in your palm towards a miniature crimson pond.
"Fine" you stated with no emotion as you ran out of your home without caring to put on your shoes.
"I'll get lost for good..."
