"Are you alright" you asked as you approached the men wearing masks and hoods who were sitting at the edge of the river.
You felt your heart grow heavy as your eyes met that of the man who was on his knees. His blood stained eyes reminded you of your own.
"H-hey... please don't do anything rash" you stuttered as you took your earphones out of your ears and placed them in your pockets.
"I'm sorry, but something happe-"
You cut the other male off as you knelt down towards the other.
Not once removing eye contact with his bloodshot eyes you whispered, " everything will be alright, trust me. I may not be the most credible person in the world, but don't throw yourself away"
He eyes scanned your body, landing on the bandaged hand holding the glowing phone.
"Ah... This? I got hurt for something... but don't worry, I won't do anything rash anymore" you reassured the male in front of you as he continued to stare at the glowing screen of your phone.
It was his picture...
