Nora's pov

I woke up to feel warm and really comfortable and feeling sort of heavy so I opened my eyes to see Rowan on me his head on one boob and his hand on the other his other arm around my waist his nose and mouth in my neck and this legs draped over me and even though I was getting crushed this felt nice but I can't breathe so I tried to push him off but it didn't work .

"Come on get off me " I said again trying to push him off again but he only mumbled and snuggled closer and I wiggled and moved under him bucking my hips to try and get him off and he moaned wait I don't even think he's asleep

'Then let's tease him a bit ' mella suggested and for once I agreed

I rolled us over so I was sitting on top him and I positioned myself properly over him and I grinded on him first at a quick pace and I heard the little murmur of "fuck yes "

Then I grinded on him painfully slow and he put both arms on my waist trying to push me to go faster but I just kept my slow pace and he growled and rolled his hips trying to get me to go faster and I did then he moaned and I went back to my slow pace.

I ran my fingers around his chest and gave him little kisses on his neck to add extra effect then he finally broke and said

"Faster faster please go faster "

"Why should I, my goal was to wake you up and I've done that " I said with a sly smirk but it was getting a little hard to concentrate when Rowans little member is poking me

Then Rowan kept quiet and closed him eyes as if he went back to sleep then I just sighed and tried to get off but he grabbed my arm tight to stop me from moving and he started fake snoring seriously gosh

Then I just realised that this isn't how things were before my heat he was mean to me and I disgusted him but now he wants to get close to me , this must be a trap he's using me I feel so cheap, stupid and disgusted at myself so with my remaining pride I ripped Rowans hand off me and I stood up

I walked towards the door trying to be as calm as possible then Rowan got up and snaked his arms around my waist and the sparks only fuelled my anger so I turned around pushed him off me and slapped him then I stomped out of his room and slammed the door shut and he didn't even try to run after me

I got into my room happy the door was fixed I locked the door and slid down on it till I fell to the floor and I cried , I cried my eyes out , cried until I felt numb and it rained , rained so heavily outside mirroring how I feel

I took a shower so happy that my heat was over and I put on a pair of jeans and a black sweater then I went outside carrying Rowans shirt that I previously wore then I dropped it outside and buried it in earth then I went over to Riker's place so we could chat and catch up I haven't seen him in I while and I completely understand that it's because of his mate he has to be with her and it'll just be a while

I knocked on the door and was  greeted with rikers friendly smile but I could tell something was wrong because the smile didn't reach his eyes

"Are you okay, what happened to you"
I said worried stepping into his house without being invited of course I already had the key's so I didn't even need to knock but since he has a mate now that would be inappropriate cause I dont want to walk in on anything it'll take sometime of getting used to but I'll get it eventually

"Where's your mate , what's wrong tell me " I kept saying then he said

"She went to stay with her family for a while "

"Then why didn't you follow her" I asked a little confused

"She said that her family dosent know that she has found her mate and she wants to keep it that way for a while that she'll tell them eventually " he paused

"Please is there something wrong with me , because I don't know why anyone would want to keep their mate a secret " he finished tears coming down his eyes then I went towards him and I hugged him

"It's not your fault and it'll never be your amazing your the best friend I could ask for and you'll be one hell of a mate okay " I told him and I wiped the tears from his face and he hugged me again

"Thank you, thanks so much for being my friend " he said to me

"Whatttt" someone shouted behind us

"Vanessa,your back " riker said as he stood up and his whole face lit up

Then I stood up and introduced myself " hi I'm Nora and it's nice to formally meet you "

"Mmmmmhhhhhm riker can we speak in private " Vanessa said signalling me to leave

"I understand " then I left and shut the door before me then I went pretty far but up to where I can hear

"What the fuck is that woman doing in my house "
"What do you mean she's my best friend "
"Yeah but she was getting real cozy with you on that couch "
"Are you jealous "
"Me never but that woman has got to go "
"What do you mean by she's got to go she's my best friend "
"And I'm your mate so you'll have to make a choice "
"You can't really ask me to do this "
"Well then fine I'm leaving "
"I choose you okay I choose you she's just a friend okay "
"Good "

After that I stopped listening I don't have a mate and I don't have a bestfriend ,I don't have parents, I don't have anything my life is useless the only reason these people kept me in this pack is because I'm special

I cried and I went back home the sky raining little drizzle drops, I went into my room and locked the door set with new determination to end the burden, I need to free everyone from the burden which is me I mean if I die my powers will go to someone else which will free Stephanie Janet and katelyn I'm freeing mella from being bounded with me then riker would be free from being my guardian and most of all Rowan will be free from being my mate

I walk towards my closet and bring out a box which I covered in a sheild of earth and I open it to reveal a silver knife coated with a layer of wolfsbane this is it before I die I mindlink everyone that I'm going to free and say

"I'm sorry but your free now "

'Please please don't don't do this I wouldn't be able to live without you '

"Don't worry the moon goddess will find you someone better " I told her with a tear coming down my eye

"Nora , Nora don't don't do anything please " I could tell that was riker and he sounds like he's crying

"Come on Nora I know your still alive I can feel it " he says again

Then I just whisper "go back to your mate " and I stabbed my self no blood coming out its like it was burning all my blood then I heard a loud banging before my door was broken down

Was I dead yet I can't feel anything, I feel numb then I felt someone carry me  I knew it was riker and he took the knife out of my gut and it took a while but now blood came out then riker cursed then ran me towards somewhere and I just felt extremely sleepy then I closed my eyes and I was gone .
