Personality:
Valentino is an asshole alike his older brother Romano, but that's only because he's lived with him most of his life. He has a temper, and often people can mistake him for Romano because of his similar personality and sometimes his look. Though, when he isn't being an ass hat, he's nice. He enjoys spending time with his brothers and doesn't actually like being away from them (even if sometimes they don't get along). He's calm and collected and usually will act like a typical Vargas, enjoy pasta and what not, and just kind of going through life, but he's very analytical to. Unlike his brothers, Valentino has the 'smarts' of the family. Valentino also can be a womanizer if he chooses but doesn't usually do so, he's popular among ladies unlike his brothers.

He doesn't have a pet. But he likes frogs, sometimes people think he's weird for this.
Backstory (optional):
For a short while Valentino lived with Austria and with Italy because France and the other older countries were bullying all three of the brothers around and kind of owned them for awhile. He was pretty mellow and calm, but also independent when he was smaller. Thankfully, he wasn't mistaken for a girl like Italy, but Austria still was strict, and over time... Valentino got very rebellious towards Austria, since he wasn't such a pushover like Italy. Ultimately, his troublemaking made Austria dump him onto Spain, like Austria had done to Romano. For the rest of Romano's and Valentino's lives, they've been kind of like a little 'duo' perhaps. But somehow Romano's always been closer than he thinks to Italy. Because he's always felt like the outcast between his older and younger brother, he's been only really close to Spain.
Sometimes, when he's alone he figures that if someone doesn't remember him, he'll end up disappearing from being forgotten. That he will end up just becoming non-existent because of his brothers. Sometimes, he end's up like Canada, and wont be seen unless he's acknowledged or he makes enough of a ruckus.
